Austin installed a new furnace and central air unit for my house. He was very organized, and made sure he cleaned up when finished. I even called him to come back a week later to install a new thermostat I had bought. Would definitely recommend.

Jackson Heating & Air did an amazing job for us. They really know their stuff—we had been shopping around at various companies, and they were the only ones who were able to set things up the way we wanted. They were really upfront about pricing and timeframes. They worked with us to customize things to meet our needs, including soundproofing our basement per our request to dampen the noise of our ERV, and they were so punctual getting everything done. Highly recommend!!!

He personally came out on a weekend to make sure my pregnant wife and our two young kids didn’t have to suffer in a hot house. He got our air conditioner installed and running quickly, and with how reasonable his prices were, it honestly felt like he was doing us a favor rather than just charging for a service. We were working with a home warranty company that was not a pleasant experience for us but Austin worked with them to make it possible for him to travel the distance to get to our home

Austin is a great guy! Over all I recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a responsible owner who takes pride in his work.
Also he is someone who if he does not know the answer right away to your question he will find out for you and get you on the right track. He does professional work and he’s been good to work with on all my projects.

He came out and got us up and running and has been very helpful and checks in to make sure it still works and he is honest and he doesn't jack up his prices like these bigger companies I honestly will be using him from now on and I recommend everybody uses him

I would HIGHLY recommend Jackson Heating & Air. I had a small welding project and Austin was very knowledgeable and communicated the process from start to finish.

After the project was completed he gave me a rundown of the different welds and the quality of his work was very noticeable.

I have had an exceptional experience with Jackson Heating and Air. Austin responded on same day that I called about our AC not working, He checked the system and made an appointment to fix it as I thought it would work.
Our 23 year old house had an R22 system and we had had it with the problems and wanted to upgrade the furnace to new freon system.
Austin and Lindsay arrived and went to work the next day. They are a extreme whirlwind at service. As soon as Lindsay opened the old furnace he noticed a serious problem. The heating elements had cracks in all the chambers!
So the plan was scrapped and they gave me a new plan and promised they could put it together THE NEXT DAY!!
Austin and Lindsay were a whirlwind, they removed the old furnace and installed the new system like magic.
I had been using an old swamp cooler for a patrial cool for a while, not fun.
My new furnace was up and running. Austin came the next day and put in a new thermostat and did a setup programming.
Let me tell you friends the cost he charged was an awesome surprise.
