Austin was great to work with. He checked out our broken furnace and was able get the part and make the repair all in the same day. He was very open about what the cost would be, so there weren't any hidden surprises.

Arrived at my house in 20 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and then walked me through how he narrowed it down. Found a part, picked it up and installed it. Total turnaround was 2 hours! Highly recommend.

Austin installed a new furnace and central air unit for my house. He was very organized, and made sure he cleaned up when finished. I even called him to come back a week later to install a new thermostat I had bought. Would definitely recommend.

Jackson Heating & Air did an amazing job for us. They really know their stuff—we had been shopping around at various companies, and they were the only ones who were able to set things up the way we wanted. They were really upfront about pricing and timeframes. They worked with us to customize things to meet our needs, including soundproofing our basement per our request to dampen the noise of our ERV, and they were so punctual getting everything done. Highly recommend!!!

Austin was super helpful! He came to our house quickly and was able to tell us exactly what was wrong with the AC, he checks up on it frequently and is always there to answer my questions quickly! Definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Jackson Heating and Air! Austin, the owner, went above and beyond for my family. He personally came out on a weekend to make sure my pregnant wife and our two young kids didn’t have to suffer in a hot house. He got our air conditioner installed and running quickly, and with how reasonable his prices were, it honestly felt like he was doing us a favor rather than just charging for a service. He treated us like family, and that kind of care and professionalism is rare these days. I highly recommend Jackson Heating and Air to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and compassionate service.

Austin from Jackson heating and air was very pleasant , and professional we were so glad that he was able to travel so far to fix our furnace. We were working with a home warranty company that was not a pleasant experience for us but Austin worked with them to make it possible for him to travel the distance to get to our home

Austin is a great guy! Over all I recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a responsible owner who takes pride in his work.
Also he is someone who if he does not know the answer right away to your question he will find out for you and get you on the right track. He does professional work and he’s been good to work with on all my projects.

He came out and got us up and running and has been very helpful and checks in to make sure it still works and he is honest and he doesn't jack up his prices like these bigger companies I honestly will be using him from now on and I recommend everybody uses him

I would HIGHLY recommend Jackson Heating & Air. I had a small welding project and Austin was very knowledgeable and communicated the process from start to finish.

After the project was completed he gave me a rundown of the different welds and the quality of his work was very noticeable.
