Anderson HVAC is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them if you have any problems with your furnace or A/C. I wanted a family owned company near me and they popped up on my search.

Spencer and Gavin were very professional, assessed the problem quickly and gave me a repair estimate on the spot (blower motor was bad).

I was impressed enough to have them install a steam humidifier as well. They came at the promised time, did the work quickly and and were done on time. Under-promise and over-deliver is a great way of doing a service business like this.

ANDERSON continues to perform well for us. They performed Summer AC start up, coil cleaning and check. We called Thursday afternoon and they provide a next day appointment. Matt Anderson was great, fast and thorough. The Anderson Team is very friendly.

Lost furnace in January. They had it fixed within a few days. They cleaned up the mess and thought it took them much longer than they expected, they didn’t charge me any extra. Then my ac wasn’t working well this summer. They evaluated it and gave me options to continue with it or replace. After I decided to replace it, they were again there quickly and had me going again. They are so easy to work with and honest as well. Which you don’t find very often anymore.

Anderson HVAC installed a furnace and a.c. for me. They were very friendly, got the job done efficiently, and overall did a good job.

About 15 months later, the furnace started throwing an error code. I had them come out and fix it. They discovered that from the initial installation, the condensation pipe had not been correctly sloped so there was water buildup causing the fault. They corrected that by running the pipe out the other side of the furnace. Problem is, the filter opening also is right where they ran new line. Changing a filter now requires the filter to be partially smashed just to get it into the slot.

They did leave it like this, but after bringing it to their attention, they scheduled an appointment within a couple days to come back out and address it. Matt came and reworked the drain line, fully resolving the blocking of the filter.

While I’m not thrilled they left it wrong initially, I appreciate that they care enough to make it right in the end. Mistakes happen, owning it is what is important and doing right by the customer is why I am still giving a 5 star review.

I can't share enough good about Anderson hvac. They were recommended to me by a friend for both their excellent work and their amazing prices. They were the first company to give me hope about my unique air conditioning situation. Where most other companies came and scratched their heads about how it was going to be possible to pull off in my condo complex, their technician walked the entire complex to see if they could see any comparable unit that had been installed. They did research for days on my unique situation. They also made a special trip to my place to install a miniature loaner indoor unit while I waited for the unit to come in. In the end when it turned out that another company happened to have the unit right away that I needed, Anderson even supported and encouraged me being able to get air conditioning sooner and to go with this other company even after all the work they had put into my unit. Working with Anderson was my absolute First Choice with how well they treated me. On top of ALL that, they are letting me keep their loaner air conditioning unit until this other HVAC company can install my new AC. If I ever have a chance to work with an hvac company again, they would by my first call and my first recommendation.

We have been using Anderson HVAC for the biannual maintenance on our furnace and A/C for several years now and find them to be very professional, courteous and honest. This is an excellent company.

I can’t give Anderson HVAC enough stars, for the incredible, professional, and caring manner in which they came to my rescue. I just have an autoimmune disease, and had just had major surgery on my ankle, a few days earlier, when I woke up to a hot house and a broken upright freezer, after a power outage. I normally try to fix things myself, and put in several hours thawing the plugged freezer, despite hobbling on one foot and in intense pain.
After several attempts at doing the common HVAC fixes, such as changing the filter, cleaning the outside unit’s coils, and praying for a miracle, I finally admitted defeat and decided to call in a pro. I have 2 small children and a RN wife, who deserve a nice cool home and good sleep.
I couldn’t have been luckier in my life, as this great company had 2 of their amazing workers to my home, in just over a hour. Not only did they diagnose the problem while also attempting to fight some angry yellow jackets, the owner of the company stopped by a little later, to check on things, when I called to ask what the expected time frame should be for the temp to start registering a lower temp. I likely had a bit of PTSD from exhaustion, and just wanted to double check we had gotten everything resolved, but I didn’t expect that level of service, where he would actually come by and double check, 15 minutes after I called. I am now an Anderson HVAC customer for life.
