I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them zero. I emailed this business, sent a text message and called and left a voicemail and waited 3 days and have had no response. Not a courtesy call to say they are busy, no text to say I’ll get back with you soon, or I’m out of town, nothing. Apparently they don’t need everyone’s business.

You never want to have to make this call, but when it’s forced upon you, this is the type of place you want; honest, respectful, friendly, efficient. Ultimately it didn’t work out for me bc my LG washing machine’s poor manufacturing makes it a better deal to just buy a new one, but the bright side is I found a good local appliance service if I’m ever again in need.

The worst thing is to wait a couple of days when your fridge is out. The good thing for us was the freezing weather so we didn't lose hundreds of dollars on perfectly good food. So it worked out this time. Other than that, the service was excellent and we'd recommend Apex to anyone. Was fixed same day. Also, don't bother if you have LG or Samsung.
