Shane did a great job. My calls were returned in a timely manner and he kept me update when my parts would be in. Very trustworthy company.

My water heater blew and Shane came with his crew and had a new one installed within three hours. His price was literally hundreds less than what I had been quoted by other companies, and he was so professional and up front with everything. I’ve used him when I first moved into my house to check the furnace and do an all around check as well. He is the only person I’ll call for anything HVAC related.

Diamond Plumbing was amazing! Our water heater went out, I went to the Home Depot, and found a water heater for a good price. They advertise next day installation but they contract through a local company to install it. The company came to my house to give me an estimate which was so much more than I anticipated. I ask them to break down the cost. I wanted to know how much I was paying for the water heater and how much labor was. They would not break down the cost and would not tell me how much I was paying for the water heater itself. I reached out to Diamond Plumbing, and they quoted me nearly $1500 Dollars less over the phone without even coming out to our house. Obviously I went with Diamond. They came out the very next day, replaced the water heater, were in and out in a few hours and charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. We were extremely pleased and will use them in future. Thank you.

Shane was incredibly knowledgeable and got my ac working like a dream again. He took the time to explain the mechanisms behind the cooling and what to look out for in the future. He was incredibly polite and honest. I will happily be recommending Diamond L to anybody who needs HVAC services.

They came the same day I called them even though they had a busy day. Justin always responded to my texts and calls. They even brought portable plug-in heaters until my furnace could be replaced by the contractor sent by our insurance company. There is a reason Diamond L is so highly rated. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Beau was prompt and thorough. He gave us a list of things we needed to look for and plan for which was very helpful. Set us up on a bi-yearly Service plan and future appointments to get our HVAC system updated. Reasonable charges-Honest outcome.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I've had SO many bad plumbers, or no-show plumbers, but Shane and Justin from Diamond Plumbing were on time, polite, and they took the time to explain to me what they were doing. I will absolutely utilize them again any time I'm in need of an HVAC technician or plumber.

I ran into trouble trying to install a toilet sprayer and ended up getting a pretty good leak with the stop. Called these guys pretty late at night. I was able to get help early the next morning.

The stop was bad and needed to be replaced. Shane replaced it and went the extra mile by finishing the installation of my toilet sprayer!

I will for sure be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.
