So happy with the service I received from Apex! Very honest and knowledgeable. I thought the heating coil had gone out in my dryer. I called Alpex to come look at it. Come to find out it wasn't the coil. It was something different and was cheaper than I had thought it would be. Apex is the best, I highly recommend them!

Jasons always treated me right used him several times. Always gave me the best advice. I like how he operates and great pricing. I haven’t used them in years but I was thinking about him recently because I have an issue with my new dryer.

I called and got an appointment for my dryer the same day. Martin was on time and had the parts to fix my dryer after he took a look at it and diagnosed the problem. Great pricing and it was fixed within an hour! I will definitely recommend Apex to any friends and family!

We needed to have the heating coil for our dishwasher replaced, so we called these guys. We're really glad we did. Everything from the initial phone call to scheduling to diagnostics to repair was friendly and professional. The pricing was fair and service was fast. Everything you hope to get from service calls but so rarely do these days. Thanks, we'll definitely be keeping Jason in mind for future repairs! Plus, he took the time to inform us on what we can do to keep it from burning out again as quickly as it did.

Jason is great! I called and he didn’t answer right away but his voicemail said to either leave a message or text him. I sent him a text and he got back to me within about 30 minutes and was able to come over the next day right when he said he would and repair my broken refrigerator. Super reasonable rates and as well.

Fast, quality service. Apex serviced our dryer for a fraction of the cost of a replacement. Technician was friendly, and got the job done in a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the service Jason with Apex Appliance Service provided. Was quick to diagnose the issue. Had the part needed next day and was able to accommodate my scheduled to have it fixed. Felt the cost was reasonable as far as appliance repairs go. They have my inevitable future business.

Apex is amazing. I called about my dryer and they were able to fit me in early the next day. Jason got my dryer working in about 30 minutes and it was very reasonably priced. I was expecting several hours and lots of $$. So glad I called Apex.

Jason was awesome! He was able to fit us in the next day from calling. Not only was he on time, he called to ask if he could come early. The problem was minor so he was able to fix it during diagnostic. He also gave some tips on how to maintain our dryer and causes of our problem. Would highly recommend. A+ service.

I can't remember how I first learned about Jason with Apex Appliance, but I'm so glad I did. I have now used him for several different appliances many times over. He is prompt and very fair priced!! I feel completely safe & comfortable with him in my home! He always diagnoses things correctly. He does great work and stands by it! There is NOTHING NEGATIVE about working with him! His service window was convenient. He called ahead to let me know he was within 10 minutes of arrival. He found and resolved the issue quickly on my dishwasher. He asked follow-up questions and tested to be sure that there were no other hidden problems. Recommended products I can find that keep this appliance working properly for the future. Found and fixed problem quickly and at a great price.

Filled in a form on their site as my LG washing machine was not working properly. Got a call a few minutes later from Spencer. Based on the issue described he knew actually what it was. They already had the part in stock and they came and fixed it a few days later at the price he had quoted. Easy to work with!

Mom here, with two-under-two, one of which is a newborn. My washer unexpectedly stopped working properly, and with littles, we burn through clean clothes daily, so having a washer out of commission isn’t ideal.

I reached out to Apex / Jason for assistance. He was super responsive and got us on his schedule for the following day, which was great!

The day of our appointment he arrived early (so awesome) and took a look at our washer. Due to my error when scheduling (foggy mom brain), he wasn’t able to fully service our washer bc it’s a GE but was extremely helpful to provide some guidance and information on how to proceed with GE if needed.

Overall, I highly recommend this local business. As Jason was great to work with and if we ever need anything else serviced in the future I will be calling Apex/Jason.

Rarely do I write a review, but Jason (owner of Apex) was by far the most professional and helpful appliance repair tech I have ever encountered (LG washer and dryer issues). Immediate fix for dryer. Frank and honest about washer (repair costs are greater than a new one--but helped me sort out which brand(s) to buy from and which to avoid even though it would mean less work for him.) So knowledgeable about the whole situation. In and out in forty minutes.
