Paul did a fantastic job helping me with my washing machine repair! After doing a thorough cleaning of the machine he figured out that the bad smell wasn't actually coming from the machine itself, but from the drain under the machine. He was great to show me how to address that smell and take care of it if it comes up again in the future. Thank you so much, Paul!
