First off ONLY GE will do repairs. Second off it costs a lot. Third of all they scheduled an appointment for me and ordered a part then they harassed me over and over to schedule an appointment (that was already scheduled. I called to confirm and their automated robot confirmed the appointment) then no ahead of visit notification, had to reach CS, and they tell me there is an issue. No service technician will be showing up today now. They had to RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT PLANNING ON COMING OUT TODAY. They don't value me or my time as a customer and I will not ever be purchasing another GE appliance. They are a joke.
