UPDATE: Technician Josh saved the day! Humans win. I would rate Josh 5 stars, but the AI Sears Home Services uses was overdone and mostly unhelpful.
04-16-26: We have been trying to have our Frigidaire oven fixed for the past 10 days. The first technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. A different technician came a week later to install the part, but the part arrived broken. Today, another technician was on his way, but I received a message that no one was home when he arrived. They were at the WRONG house. Someone was home and waiting! It is impossible to speak with a human at Sears Home Service, so I had to reschedule for this afternoon. Someone will have to hang around the house and wait, again. I'm not confident that this afternoon's tech will come to the right house. I have already given Sears Home Servies full payment for the repair. I am feeling very frustrated!
I hope to be able to give a better review once my repair actually happens. -

Excellent customer service. They come out quickly at no extra charge. They explain issues in detail and are very knowledgeable.
