Pros & Cons – Overall Pretty Good
Background - Let me start by saying that my roof was replaced because of storm damage and was paid for by my insurance company. Infinity sales people were going around my neighborhood and inspecting roofs to see if they sustained storm damage. My roof sustained significant damage so I filed a claim. The biggest plus in using Infinity was that the project manager met with the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof. The project manager was able to point out all of the damaged areas to the adjuster to help get the claim approved.
With that background I will list the pros:
• Project manager represents the homeowner in dealing with insurance adjuster.
• Use good quality roofing products (GAF Timberline).
• Seems to have a good warranty (although the value of roof warranties appears to be suspect after researching them online).
• Roof looks good.
• Complete removal of old shingles and installation of new shingles in one day.
• Did a decent job with cleanup and didn’t do much damage to plants surrounding the house.
• Did not need to pay until job was completed.
• Infinity corrected the problems and issues with my roof without hesitation. Below are some examples:
• The new roof vents that Infinity installed were misaligned and unevenly spaced. They looked terrible! Infinity came out and replaced the misaligned turtle vents with a ridge vent without any fuss or pushback.
• I did notice several areas with exposed nail heads. The exposed nail heads means there is room for water to leak below the shingle and into the attic. Infinity came out and replaced the affected shingles.
Now I will list the cons or just other issues to be aware of.
• The project manager was only on site briefly at the very beginning of the project. No inspection of the final work product was performed by anyone but me with my limited knowledge.
• They make you sign a contract in order to get the representation with the insurance adjuster. Not necessarily a bad thing if you feel like you need a knowledgeable person to help you through the process.
• Overall communication was not fantastic (several unanswered texts and emails).
• The work crew that did my house was a subcontractor and were not employees of Infinity.
Bottom line – If I was dealing with an insurance company and I was unsure as to how to deal with the adjuster then Infinity could be a good option (although there may be other roofing companies that would that also). At the end of the day I got a new roof that looks great. Infinity addressed and fixed all of the issues with the installation without hesitation. -
True professionals, and craftsmen of their trade. Austin, you and your crew did an amazing job. Thank you so much for all your help. Austin literally did everything to get the ball rolling on my roof, I didn't have to do anything at all. My roof was in really bad shape. That is no longer an issue. I'd highly recommend infinity roofing, and Austin to everyone and anyone I know. Thank you again for all the great work.

Absolutely dishonest. John and Stacy Moreno have treated us poorly. They worked with our insurance company, and months after completion, claimed they made a billing error on my job, and tried to submit another draw from my insurance. Nationwide blocked it, and now Infinity is attempting collections on it? Not right! This has been turned over to my attorney's. Also we are over $24,000 for an 1800 square foot home!

Infinity roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof! We were amazed at the quality and non stop crew! Easy to deal with, great work ethic by all, especially supervisor Austin Elder who checked often to make sure the job was going well & kept us informed of the progress. We couldn’t be happier!

Christian was a tremendous help with our landscaping projects and later for remodeling our floor from carpet to lvp!

Highly recommend Seven Swans for your home repair needs! Christian was professional, focused, knowledgeable, and efficient. He’ll take great care of you, and I will definitely call him again for any future home repairs we need.

We used Christian at Seven Swans for several projects during our whole home remodel, including cutting and laying LVP flooring, replacing light fixtures, clearing out old landscaping, etc.
In each instance he was knowledgeable and hard-working and left me comfortable knowing that my house and project were in good hands. I highly recommend him! -
Christian was amazing help to us as we moved into our new home! He helped us get doors to close correctly, painted and fixed kitchen cabinets, repaired a deck gate and trouble shooted electricity issues. He is really trustworthy, kind and great at communicating. Very reliable. I’m so glad a friend recommended him to us. I will definitely be calling on him again. Would highly recommend him.

We recently replaced windows and the casings and jambs but didn’t have them primed nor painted so they were accumulating water damage. We reached out to Christian at Seven Swans to test his finesse with caulking, priming and painting seven of our windows. Within a day Christian came out and made the windows look like new, freshening up the framing and even repairing some of the damage in the dry wall left by the window installers.
Christian and Seven Swans has proven to be reliable, detailed and professional. Next time we need work done, Christian and Seven Swans will be my first call. -
Christian rebuilt the stairs in my garage and added a platform as well. He did the work quickly with an attention to detail and quality. He showed up the days he said he would and kept me updated with the progress. His prices were very reasonable. I'm happy to recommend him!

Christian is a very hard-working and creative handyman. He will treat your home like his own - with care and great attention to detail. He recently replaced 2 tiles in my bathroom floor - one that had a crack and another that was the wrong color pattern (done by another contractor). He worked quickly and made it look brand new - you would never know that they were replaced after the fact! He did great work!

Was sent here for a job. I was only dumping concrete. They did not give me tickets, but I did not have a problem unloading. I believe this place used to be called applied EX or something like that. They do have some of their older vehicles on the side of the property. There really isn’t much there to indicate the location, but I was given a drop point by the people who sent me here.

Great customer services.

They went above and beyond while installing a street light in front of our house.

This crew was amazing. They listened to us. They were very courteous and willing to do what they could to not disturb my landscaping. I work from home and they were great at keeping me updated about what was happening and how long it was going to take. I wish more companies had employees like this.

Updated: Sheldon and his crew were one of the most respectful crews I have dealt with, communicated with me about what was going on, kept my parking lot and driveway clear for fmy customers. Cleaned up well when the job was done and no complaints.

Received a notice today (4/29) that this company has been contracted with Rocky Mountain Power to install a power conduit that will be a month long project that begins TOMORROW (4/30). We got a paper notice on the door at 5pm, according to the notice, crews begin at 7am. It seems like a good idea perhaps to let residents know more than 14 hours in advance of when you plan to have their street ripped up for a month… especially when the street also houses an elementary school with heavy morning and afternoon traffic during the hours they plan on working. Fully understand the work needs to be done: and they are just the contractor, really Rocky Mountain Power could also do better but, if BMEI is leading they should be more courteous. Not your best work, Chad Bryson and Jacob Dow. BMEI superintendent and project manger, respectfully.
