We had a renovation project done with Source Construction (Jeff Draper, Felicity Hatton-Ward and Andrea Johnson)
and we are very happy with the results. I appreciate that everyone on the entire staff worked hard to incorporate the old with the new and take on the project as it involved converting a workshop into an accessory dwelling space. We wanted the building to reflect its familiy history as well. It's much easier to just tear everything down and build all new things and not put the work or time into restoring things or add personal touches. I felt that during the project our ideas were heard and the building is now a great space with the perfect balance between old and new as we desired. Our time and budget were also respected. I would highly suggest doing a project of any type with Source Construction.

My husband and I recently completed an addition to expand our kitchen and dining space so we could better host our growing family. Source Construction was recommended by our architect, and from our first meeting with Jeff, we felt confident we were in good hands.

As first-time remodelers, we had heard plenty of horror stories, but our experience was excellent from start to finish. Jeff and the entire team were professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Our project manager, Darren, was outstanding and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.

The transformation of our home is incredible—we now have a more open, functional space with plenty of storage and room to gather. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Source Construction.

Source Construction were top notch! We tore down an exiting basic covered patio and old carport with two block walls, and replaced everything from footings on up; a total rebuild into a modern covered patio and climate controlled garage matching an additional we’d had done a few years earlier. From the outset of planning with Jeff, through the meat of the project itself actually building, Source were excellent. Their project team led by Darren was incredibly well organized, communicative, and responsive. The team made sure visible construction work was happening daily and kept a tight disciplined schedule to ensure we completed on time. I’ve never had a construction company that on top of scheduling, handling long lead times for key components, managing workers, and work quality to keep a project moving. The big question is: are they the first point of call for future projects? Yes, they are. Thank you!
