A little slow at will call on a called in order but other than that just fine.

They will cancel your orders if you order online. Beware.

Joke of a supplier. Been buying from them for months and when parts are delivered there's something missing everyday. Needs to hire someone that knows how to count.

I like them, they have almost everything I need (electrical wise) they are a bit over priced and slow

Do not waste you time shopping with them . They trying to sell what do not have. Hope google will take action against companies like that.

I've been saving up my codale bucks I finally have enough to buy a pair of pliers I really wanted and they told me I was 6 days late to be able to redeem them. Worthless now.

Always have what we need. Just wish phone signal was better in the building while I wait for my parts. But the guy at the counter is fantastic.

They dumped conduit everywhere on my trailer. The forklift drivers where un skilled. Be careful if your around them. I spent two hours rearranging my conduit and strut so I can probably tie my load down. What a headache.

Only take deliveries from 7 to noon and only by appt. Called 2 days ago and made 0700 appt for today. No one answered callbox so had to go inside to get gate open. By now it's 0715. Been here 45 min and no one has even started. For 2 reels of cable. If I was late by my own fault you know they wouldn't unload me. Yet when I show up on time or early I get wait on them. Nevermind I have other deliveries to make! Then I I'll have to figure out how to get a 53' spread axle flatbed out of this place!

Kenny and Codale have been quick, responsive and competitive when it comes to our supplies. We have loved our on going relationship. Thank you Kenny for all you do!

Workers are friendly and polite, quick unloading time and beautiful views while in the dock

This review is just about their phone line. I was just trying to check their stock and it was very difficult to actually find a human to speak with. Their system is a huge web of options with so many leading to dead ends or the phone ringing forever. I selected the option to reach the receptionist and it went to voicemail every time even though the place is open. For the option to check stock, the next set of options only allowed me to speak with sales and even those options lead to voicemail. Pretty unpleasant, I’ll just stick with Platt.

I had a really disappointing experience with Codale Electric Supply. They specifically told me to call in my order and pay over the phone so it would be ready when I arrived. I did exactly that. Two hours later, I show up expecting a quick pickup—and my order still wasn’t ready.

What’s the point of ordering ahead and paying in advance if they don’t actually prepare it? Total waste of time and a really frustrating experience.

They have wreck-less drivers.
