Excellent service. They noted multiple issue some major. They also took the time to answer all of my questions. Some even outside the scope of an inspector but related to the home building process. These gentlemen Are very knowledgeable. Although I don't plan to buy another home. Since moving is so much fun. I'd absolutely choose them again and will recommend them everytime. Thank you again for all of your help and excellent sense of professionalism.

Dean & Heath helped me with my home inspection. They were very thorough and kind enough to help me understand everything about my home. Very highly recommended as well because they have all of the correct certifications that I was looking for.

Experienced, timely and professional. I was really impressed with the detailed inspection report! I’m buying a new place and this is my second time hiring an inspector. These guys went through everything with a fine tooth comb. They made sure I understood what was going on and what could be potential issues. He also gave me suggestions on how to remedy the small is that came up on the report. I loved the cute home warming gifts that he and his wife gave us, and they had an adorable “monster free” certificate for my kiddo to feel safe in the new place!

The inspection went wonderfully. Dean and Heath, the inspectors we worked with, were very detail oriented with their report. They took us through the whole house and not only pointed out the various issues they had found, they also showed us quirks about how things worked, such as which light switches went to which lights and how the different smart devices worked. They were professional and very personable, which is a nice touch as they are a local family business. They helped us feel confident about the home and wished us luck as we move forward with our home purchase. They provided an absolutely fantastic experience overall.

He examined every nook and cranny and outlined both structural and safety defects for us to address with our builder. Dean was fantastic to work with! Dean and his son left no stone unturned during their inspection. During out walkthrough, they were friendly and professional and effectively communicated their findings and other relevant information without overwhelming is with all the details.

At the end of the walkthrough, Dean presented us with a certificate which guaranteed that the house was "monster free," which our daughter greatly appreciated. He also provided us with resources to facilitate transferring utilities and other services over during the moving process. These and other touches really made the experience a pleasant and informative one.

Later, we received a detailed and well written report covering all of the findings with additional explanations.

It was really important to me to find a qualified inspector. I was so thankful I found them! They were very thorough and helped us learn how to care for our home so we don't have issues in the future. They also provided detailed inspection paperwork to us the very same day!

They did great! So many detailed photos of our rental, too. This must have taken so long to do. He was very thorough. He even got photos of the roof and the attic which we did not expect. Will for sure be using their services again!

Initially, I thought they did a good job as inspectors, but recently I found out that the main electrical panel needs to be completely replaced and the electrical box outside the home is completely out of code and has multiple illegal splices that all have to be repaired and replaced. The garage door is also too heavy for the motor and the tracks were put in wrong. There are also several plugs in the house that don't work and should have been caught in inspection as well. Also, my water softener and humidifier are both so old that they aren't working and have to be replaced. Lastly, I have lots of windows that don't open and need to be repaired. All in all, using this inspector cost me about $25,000- $30,000 in repairs. They clearly don't know what they are doing in regards to electrical issues/garage doors/HVAC stuff. Honestly, next time I buy a house, I'm just going to pay a real electrician, plumber, and HVAC professional to all come check out the home. The price of hiring these three people to come do a quick inspection instead of hiring j-pro inspectors would have saved me SOOO MUCH MONEY!!!

Our inspection couldn’t have gone any better. As first time homebuyers, Dean explained everything in a very understandable way. He was very thorough with the inspection. He helped us in finding ways we could improve our home and make it safer for us. 10/10 recommend J-Pro inspects!
