Treshawn came yesterday and helped me with an outstanding payment and then fixed my house up with getting rid of ants. He then showed up today with our quarterly service and was kind enough to call his boss and get our payment delayed for a month. I'm very glad they found Treshawn as an employee.

It was so nice of Bryce to send me photos of the service done! We have never had this done before and it was nice to receive. He was very helpful explaining everything that was done and letting us know when the next service will be done.

Had no problem giving him a five star plus!!

Came door to door to our house even though we have a very obvious No Soliciting sign. Even after we verbally said, “please respect the sign,” he just kept talking.
Why would I do business with someone who starts off the relationship by disrespecting me? I wouldn’t. Respect your customers guys.

Corey is hands down the best pest control and mosquito technician we’ve ever had. He’s professional, thorough, and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and what to expect. Since Corey started servicing our property, we’ve seen a major difference—mosquitoes are no longer ruining our evenings outside, and pests are completely under control. Saela pest control has helped remove our pocket gopher infestation. Also, their preventive sprays reduced the number of small insects around our property. Everyone has been great, but Treshawn has come out the most. Fantastic service, and customer service.

Very deceptive sales practices. Bullied my wife into agreeing to an 18 month contract. She specifically asked them if she could cancel at any time with no fees. 4 months in and we cancel, only to be hit with a $300+ cancelation fee.

Do not use.

Also, my dog was having allergic responses to whatever they used.

Bryce as always does great work! Super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to hunt down the wasp nests and take them out specifically. It's never just show up general treatment and leave. He has personally gone to war against almost a dozen nests this year alone. Them coming back is not a mark of poor work done, quite the opposite. They come back because wasps are just like that and Saela's guarantee to revisit when needed holds true. I called and had the best experience on the phone communicating the return of the little beasts and they sent Bryce out the next day to deal with them. Top notch service and care all the way through. Thanks so much for all the effort!

He was great! Friendly, professional, and careful to wear booties in the house as he sprayed. He maintained a nice conversation as he went about his business.

Jake set up the initial treatment, and has been back a couple times, in addition to other technicians. He always has a great attitude, and efficiently tackles the pest problems on hand.

Dustin was great - he took the time to explain my insulation, potential government rebates, and even went the extra mile to reattach the framework of the opening to the attic.

Lemuel was friendly professional and explained exactly what he would be doing as part of the service as well as informing me of our indoor service that was part of our plan which I appreciated.
