Anytime we call for assistance or to make an appointment they are always helpful and pleasant. We have had Gutter Helmet for many years and have been very satisfied with the service.

We currently have gutter helmet on our house, we have had it for about 14 years. We are getting our roof re-done and in order to not void the warranty from gutter helmet, we need them to take it off and put it back on.

It took 3 cancelations and a very angry phone call to get the District Manager out to my house just for a QUOTE to find out how much to get the gutter helmet removed/added back on.

Now, I am ready to schedule the removal prior to my roof replacement and nobody will call me back. I sent 3 emails to the District Manager and left a voicemail, plus I left a voicemail at the main office.

The product is good but the customer service needs a huge overhaul!
