UPDATE: we needed a second unit in the our house... after calling around, Lucas Heating And Air still had the best prices.
We gave them a second chance. From quote to install to working AC only took 4 days, and it works great.
While my first experience wasn't great, the second install was fantastic.
Absolutely the best prices in town... but that price comes at a cost.
Very poor communication and follow through. Missed appointments and not having my calls or texts returned for weeks.
The tech's left the job unfinished and it took weeks to get them out to finish up.
Holes made in drywall went unfixed.
They installed the wrong size filter in the new furnace.

My experience with Lucas Heating was exceptional. The service was professional, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who installed the AC was outstanding—I'll definitely request them again. I'll be referring Lucas Heating to everyone I know for any AC issues in the future.

Stay far away from this company. They send technicians that you can’t even communicate with because they speak Spanish. We have talked to our landlord about problems with our AC multiple times each time they say they will be out and never show or when they do they do absolutely nothing. This company is dreadful and I would never do business with them period. STAY AWAY!
