These guys have been so helpful for our DIY plumbing issues in last couple of years. However, when I went in for some drain help last week - both employees were pulling their masks down to talk with customers. As much as I would like to fix my drain issue, I was not happy to support a business that may be contributing to the spread of COVID19 that is heightening in this state.

Great place. Family has been going there for years. Seems to be a good mix of contactors and DIY customers coming in. Nice that they seem to cater to people who know what they're doing (e.g. my uncle a general contractor and my dad super handy). Yet they'll also take time to help someone relatively clueless like myself with my bathtub valvet replacement. Always seems busy, but doesn't take long since the staff actually know what they're doing and can quickly help. They do cost a little bit more on a few items (I priced it out on a kitchen faucet), but that's just because they're a smaller shop and I don't have an account with them either. However, totally worth a little bit extra for a quicker trip and the value of their expertise. And if they don't carry what I need they've referred me to a bigger shop before (telling me the name of what I needed!).

England’s Plumbing was the only place, out of the 15 I called and five places I visited, that had exactly what I needed and could cater to my request. I needed black iron piping cut to 5’ and he was the only place that only charged for what he cut. Everyone else wanted me to buy the full 20’. Super helpful!! Super nice!!! Great prices!!!!
