Friendly Plumber, Heating & Air

Quick, reliable and professional. Old water heater would not stay lit. We were able to get an installer, Dylan (5 star professional), the very next day. Given the age of the water heater, we decided to get a new one. Dylan was able to install the same day, at 4:00 p.m.! We decided to also get the maintenance plan, also. In total, we paid $2,923.00. Very reasonable price for the awesome product and service. Highly recommend Friendly plumber, heating and air.

I knew the cold weather was coming, so I attempted to fire up my furnace a couple of days ago (Tuesday). My system was possessed, because the air conditioner came on instead of the heater. I called Friendly Home Services, and they got me scheduled for the next morning. I received a text message with a picture of the technician that would be coming to my house, which was a nice touch. Cory S. showed up shortly thereafter, and got to work trying to locate the problem. The field supervisor Skylar showed up right after that, and began to assist Cory in the assessment. Once the problem was determined, they showed me the issues - which included showing me the cracks in the heat exchanger with their camera. Long story short, my system(s) were in bad shape. They broke the news to me that I needed to replace my system and showed me why it was unsafe to continue to use. I reluctantly agreed, and they set the wheels in motion. They had the installers and the new equipment to my house in about an hour! Cory L. and Mayson showed up first, and they were both very courteous. They covered all pathways with tarps, and then I showed them where everything was. Mayson got to work outside unhooking the compressor unit, and Cory went downstairs to begin disassembly of the unit. A few minutes later, another installer named Charles showed up. I had two lead techs and another technician working to replace my heating and A/C systems! They were so fast - my new systems were up and running in a little over three hours!! Cory, Mayson and Charles were very respectful of my home and explained everything in great detail. I could not be happier with the service I received, and all things considered I feel I paid a fair price for such great service. If you need service, give Friendly Home Services a call. Well, I am once again 100% impressed with the amazing Friendly Technicians!
Jon, and Marshall showed up early this morning, and got right to work! They then went into detail about our options.
At the time, we requested the cheapest option, and they got straight to work!
About an hour later, my mother in law said that she would pay for the best option! Which was a full upgrade of our water heater fully up to code! Plus, our original issue would be fixed as well!
They were able to fit us in today! Which was AMAZING OF THEM!
Which is when JUAN SHOWED UP!
and all I can say is WOW! (in a good way of course...) sometimes you can just tell when a person has found their calling in life...

There is SO MUCH MORE that all three of them did, and that I would be happy to notate here.
But it would take all night for me to write it!
Needless to say, we are OVER THE MOON with all of the hard work, and dedication from them!
Juan was SO QUICK with the install, and you can tell he takes pride in his work!
Jon was so knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of our options, and how it would need to be done!
Marshall was SO respectful when interacting with us. When it came time to turn off and on the water, and gas, he gave us ample time to do what we needed before turning them off.
He is also extremely quick! He is a hustler, that guy!!
No matter what problems came up(and there were many...)
These guys not only explained them in detail. But gave us information on how to correct them, and made us feel secure in knowing that when the time came to fix them, that we could just give them a call to get it started!
