When Zachary and Benjamin arrived, they were both very polite and professional. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and, after fixing the issue, walked me through what they had done and what I could expect moving forward. The whole repair took about an hour, and now my dishwasher drains perfectly! The cost was also very reasonable—actually less than I expected. i always read reviews, so i wanted to leave one when i had such a great experience with a plumber. this might be the easiest review i’ve ever written. i needed a new water heater at my house, so i called stanley & sons plumbing and jacob answered right away, which already impressed me since it’s not always easy to get someone on the phone. jacob came by the next day, measured everything, and sent me a quote within an hour. i had a bunch of questions about different water heater brands and what size would be best for my place. jacob took the time to answer every question and gave me his honest opinion about what would work best, including which warranty to get. he never made me feel rushed and treated me like an important customer the whole time. once the heater arrived, clinton and zachary came over to install it. they were super friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. they got the old water heater out and the new one installed pretty quickly, and made sure everything worked before they left. since they were already here, clinton also checked out a toilet and a tub spout for me. the tub spout needed to be replaced, and clinton let me know i should call the manufacturer because sometimes they’ll send a replacement for free. i never knew that! i called, and sure enough, they mailed me a new spout, saving me a lot of money. when it arrived, i called jacob again and zachary came back over to install it the same day. a little later, after a big rainstorm, my basement drain got backed up. i called jacob and he answered immediately, came right over, and came up with a plan to fix it. everything was taken care of that day. jacob and zachary explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions. jacob even came back the next day to make sure everything was still good. i really appreciate how hands-on they are – every time i called, someone answered right away, and i never had to talk to an answering service or leave a message. i’ve already recommended them to my neighbors and friends. efficient, knowledgeable, and always professional – you can tell they care about doing a great job.
