Amazingly, they gave a 2-hr window rather than 4 like most places, and when they texted me to confirm, said they could shoot for a specific time that was better for me - and they showed up right when I had requested!!! That alone would be enough to make me like them, but also they did the repair really quickly. Even though a complication came up, they still managed to get everything done very quickly. They left my bathroom looking very clean! They were also really friendly! All around just a really pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be using them again!!!

Joshua was very professional. He shared what the problem was and showed my husband and me what had been stuck in the drain. He also cleaned up his area very well and I appreciate that. I wasn’t prepared for the price but I am satisfied for the job done. I also had called yesterday to have the service done and was able to get an appointment the next day. Other places I had called were booked out for at least a week.
