John W. with Infinity Roofers responded immediately when I reached out after a wind storm damaged my roof. I had tried getting ahold of several roofing companies prior but none of them returned my calls. John was professional, was able to work with the insurance company to make sure I was taken care of, and got the process started very quickly.

Madeline and Ted inspect our roof after the last big storm we had . I appreciate that they’re always honest about the damage (or lack there of) and don’t try to push us in any direction. Luckily, we haven’t needed a roof replacement yet, but when we do, we’ll surely choose Infinity.

What a fabulous experience! Sonja Beekley was fantastic to work with. She helped us through the entire process from meeting with our insurance adjuster to overseeing the crew who replaced our shingles. The quality of work was amazing and they got it done in a single day, including delivery! I’d work with infinity again anytime.

I love the service and work completed on my new roof from Infinity Roofing! They still need to come back and complete my gutters, but winter hit faster than we expected. Infinity is amazing to work with and their materials are fabulous. My house looks great!

Due to another storm that just recently hit northern Utah i had some shingles blow off my roof again as to be expected. I called infinity roofing to come out do the repairs under there warrenty and I made a complete D-bag outta myself thinking I was on the wayside waiting for work to be done but turns out that they had done the work with such ease and grace that I didn't even know they came and went.
These guys have yet to disappoint and have followed through without any hiccups.
John West you are then man and thank you for all the understanding and support brother, you've made a lifelong customer outta me !

This was my first time as a new home owner needing to do a major repair due to the gale force wind storm.
Infinity roofing company did fast work on my roof before a major 7 hours in total.
Roof looks amazing and they left my yard with no debree.
10/10 would use again.

On referral from my friend Manuel, I contacted Sonja Beekley with Infinity Roofing. She was quick to respond! She handled all of my insurance work with class. The 7 workers showed up at 7am, and had to take off 3 or 4 layers of old shingles. We ended up having to do all new plywood sheeting, which was also paid for by my insurance! They worked a 13 hour day to make sure the roof was covered with tar paper, and ice shield, and they cleaned everything up that day. It rained for a few days, and then they showed up at 6am to start again. When I came home from work, they were just finishing up. The roof looked gorgeous and the clean-up was immaculate! Infinity Roofing is a company that I would absolutely recommend! Thank you Sonja and Infinity Roofing for my new roof! I would just add that sonja was on job sight often through out ,she is a marvel!

I usually feel terrible giving bad ratings, and would rather not leave them, but i feel like this one is necessary for the sake of other people
I contacted this company in October to get my roof replaced after the hail storm we had. They were quick to come out and get a contract signed. They told me that the metal roofing i currently have is not made anymore so i had to pick a different metal. Then it took weeks of calling, emailing, texting, etc to hear back. We were told that since ours was metal and a certain outside temperature wasn't required to put our roof on, that we were then put at the bottom of the list of priorities so they could take care of people's roofs who did need a certain temp, but that ours would be done by Christmas. I was understanding, but when mid December came and I again had to call/text/email a dozen times to get an answer, I was told my roofing still hasn't come in because they had to get it from a new company further away. 🙄 I was told the beginning of January i would get it done. Let's just skip forward to the end of February (just imagine a lot of trying to contact them, and getting the run around in between there) when i was told that since so many of the new roofs they had just done were damaged by wind and they now had to fix those, that they would not be putting on any more roofs until April or May!!!!!!!!!!! (A reminder that i signed a contract early-mid October) I went ahead and cancelled my contract with them. (They didn't argue about it at all, thank goodness) and i found a company that came out the same day, informed me that yes, in fact my type of roofing IS still manufactured, and is in fact made in Utah! 😡 My roof was done to perfection within 2 weeks of contacting the other company.
I originally came to this company because my in laws had their roof done by them. Unfortunately they have had to go back 3 different times now and fix the wind damage to their roof. (The wind hasn't been ridiculous, so this should not be happening)
If you decide to go with this company, i wish you luck! You will never hear back from a supervisor no matter how many times you are promised you will. You will be amazed at how many times you won't be able to get a hold of them because your contact was "out of town" or "never uses this cell phone" even though that's the only number you have for him. Again, good luck. 🤞

Infinity just completed the replacement of our roof, which was needed because of hail and wind damage. Sean V. was the project manager and he was very thorough and kept me up to date with texts, phone calls, and visits throughout the project. The crew did a great job completing the removal and replacement within 12 hours. They did a good job of protecting shrubs and bushes and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. I did find one soft spot after the job was completed. Sean came right out and verified that there was a problem. A crew came out and replaced the cracked decking, then replaced the removed underlayment and shingles with new.

Signed up with Infinity Roofing on the advice of a family member, I was assigned Kristine K as a rep and had nothing but problems with her. She was never proactive, I had to call every time I wanted or needed an update and she would always have to get back with me (to actually make a call to the insurance company) then that would take a week and I would have to call her back just to get an update on an update! This went on for MONTHS! 4 Months to be exact!
Obviously I went with another company and from start to finish it took 3 weeks! I guess if you get the right rep that is competent and actually wants to help you then they could be good but that was not even close to my experience. Choose another contractor.

John West from Infinity was driving by my house while I just happened to be getting my mail. He stopped and offered to help with my roof. It needed it. He put me at ease right off the bat about the cost, and working with our insurance company. He worked with the insurance company; appeared when the appraiser came to look at the roof; and really went out of his way to make sure that our house would look good. He even removed the gutters and had new ones put in. Turns out there were a few hidden surprises when all the work started. He and his crew worked to fix all of them.

It's clear that John West cares about his customers. You don't see a lot of people with the enthusiasm to help customers and ensure they enjoy the finished job as John does. You also don't feel like you're talking to a contractor when you're working with John, you feel like you're talking to a friend. He's sincere.

For the record, the last roofing company that I worked with was Ron Case Roofing in a previous home, and after being lied to and deceived at every turn, as well as property being destroyed from careless handling of shingle packages falling off the roof and breaking things, after our previous company showed no remorse for our destroyed property, after they told us a dumpster was included in our cost, then told at the end it would cost us $1,500, after waiting three months for them to finish the job, I was hesitant to work with another roofing company.

John put all those reservations to rest. For instance, when Ron Case did our roof, they didn't bother cleaning up, they smashed anything and everything, didn't even bother putting down any kind of protection, but John's roofers put down protective tarps, walked debris to the dumpster and cleaned and swept up so well, you barely knew they'd been there.

Nothing but applause from my end for what John West and his roofers did for us.

Derek knocked on our door on a Saturday afternoon shortly after a massive hail storm rolled through our neighborhood. I was immediately skeptical as I am of anyone knocking on our door offering a service. I agreed to let him take a look at our roof to see if he spotted any damage. He said there was some small damage so he suggested getting an adjuster to come out and take a look with him. He was able to point out all of the damage to the adjuster and we were approved for a complete roof replacement. Derek was fantastic communicating with us during the entire process and took care of everything. I am very pleased with how the roof turned and the overall experience with Derek and Infinity.

We had roof damage after the big windstorm in SLC. James from infinity roofing has been a miracle worker taking care of all our issues. He made the process of working with our insurance company a breeze. From start to finish, James kept us updated and completely informed. We now have a beautiful roof that we are very pleased with. The installation of the roof was done quickly, and the team did a great job of cleaning up after. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

They did there work well and cleaned up everything as it was before they started. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs . Early last summer, I answered my door bell and found a very friendly fellow standing on my porch. He asked if I had ever had my roof inspected for hail damage. Even though we had just recently had a hail storm, it had never occurred to me to have that done. He asked if he could go on my roof and look around. I thought well that couldn't hurt so I agreed to have him do it. He went on the roof and came down shortly and said that I had significant damage and insurance would probably pay to replace it. He suggested that I submit a claim to my insurance and from that point on, he took control of the whole process. His name was Domenic Guerrero and he was so pleasant to deal with. He answered all my question and was always very outgoing. Eventually, my roof and gutters were replaced and insurance covered it except for the deductible. I am delighted to have a new roof and it is all due to the friendly fellow that rang my doorbell. He is very trustworthy and a delight to deal with. I give him 5 stars!

Couldn't have asked for an easier process. After calling a few other companies, I came across Domenic with Infinity Roofing and am very happy I did! He came out the next morning, was prompt and takes his craft seriously! My roof had some reoccurring problems. Safe to say we've had a couple big rains since the fix and my roof is holding up. I won't hesitate to give Infinity a call if I need another job taken care of!!

Braydon and Sierra were excellent to work with. They were efficient with getting the roof done in a timely manner. Their financing department was great with working with our insurance to get all the details worked out and payment done.

I had the company come out and look at my roof. The representative was very nice and professional. He insisted that he could get the insurance company to cover our roof replacement. He had me sign a contract that stats if they are able to get our insurance to cover the roof we will use infinity roofing. I was told that if I change my mind I had 3 days after signing the contract that I could cancel. In looking over the contract I have found that the portion of the contract that is for canceling is not attached. This made me afraid do to all the scams out there. I called and Eric got sent me over the missing part. I really feel Infinity Roofing is really out to help home owners. As hard as it is to believe in this day and age there are company's that care about there customers. I'm looking forward to working with Infinity Roofing. Special shout out to Eric you are the best!!

Derek was awesome from the minute he first knocked on our door. I really wanted to talk to him since we were already getting estimates on our roof. But I had an appointment I had to be at. He was very gracious and said he would wait for my call. I really appreciated that and he was there every step of the way and answered our questions and reduced our concerns. He also called our insurance company for us which saved us time and he went the extra mile by coming around and picking up the nails after the crew had left. We have recommended him and Infinity Roofing to all of our neighbors and we will continue to do so.

Brayd and Sierra at Infinity roofing was great to work with and promptly answered all our questions. They set up the solar panel removal and had the old roof off and back on in 2 days. The whole job only took four days. Would highly recommend.

Loved this company! We were planning on getting our roof replaced, but thought we would have to pay $15,000. Sonja helped us work through our insurance and make a claim because of storm damage. She was professional, organized, and she knew the laws. And so we only had to pay our deductible! And they didn’t expect payment until our insurance paid us! They made it so easy, talking to the insurance adjuster, helping us make the claim. We were so happy that they were here to help us get our gorgeous new roof!
