We needed our septic tank drained. They were quick to respond, but quoted us one rate. When they performed the service while my babysitter was here, they told her they had to up the charge to $800. This seemed way too high, but not knowing she gave them my credit card and I was billed the higher rate. We called around afterward and every other company quoted us between $400-$500. I checked on Thumbtack for reference which also quoted a range of $300-600. When we called to complain and ask them to come back and pick up the tools they left in our front yard, they told us they should have charged us $1200 but were giving us a "discount." We will never use them again.

We had a main sewer line blockage and these guy's came out to clean the main line. We thought it was fixed and then had a problem again on the following Sunday. Alex and Tom came out Sunday evening to guarantee their work. I was absolutely blown away with their honor to help us out again on Sunday and guaranteed their work from the previous time they had come out. I would definitely use them again!

Had a sewer line backed up. Needed immediate service. Adam, Andy and Kennedy with A and B Sewer came out right away and were able to get the line cleared and cleaned quickly at a great price! Thanks so much you guys for the hard work!

Tom was able to come work on my sewer within about an hour and did a great job. He’s super nice and very knowledgeable. My duaghter was having trouble with her drain too so I asked when he could go look at that one too and he was able to get to it the same day. I’m impressed. Oh, and he charged $50 less than the last guy I used. Thanks Tom!

I called A&B in a panic early yesterday morning because we were having a sewer backup in our basement. The we’re at my house within 2 hours and pumped my septic tank. I was very grateful for their speedy reply to help relieve our situation.

I had a ejector pump go out on my septic system and initially called one of the big name plumbing businesses to assess the situation. After being quoted $3,700 for the repair I decided to shop around. Tom and Kennedy were very responsive and brought the pump needed to do the work on the spot. This was a dirty job and they kept it light hearted and fun the entire time. The total price including the pump was $1,200, saving me $2,500. I’m still shocked at the price difference. I highly recommend these guys and will 100% use them for all my future plumbing needs.

First off, I have to say that these guys are AMAZING. I've been in in construction for 20 yrs and we were told by THREE different plumbers that we would have to dig up a sewer line in order to fix it. These guys came out and had different solutions and fixed it in an hour where 3 others couldn't. Saved the tenants from having to spend Christmas in a hotel and were quick and professional. I know who I am calling for any of my future drain cleaning for sure. Would recommend: 100%

Will not use again. I have had him do a couple jobs. First off they are unprofessional and dirty. They left crap marks on my carpet the first time I used them. Second time they were way more than expected. Yes thee was 3 guys and they took 3 hours but dang, well over $2000. A little rich for 3 hours. At the max. But that is my opinion. Take it of leave it.

With a 600 ft clogged French drain, I made 20 phone calls before reaching A & B. They were not afraid of the challenge and did a brilliant job in freeing the drain in 2 hours. I was delighted when the ground water disbursed. They delivered. Lots of plumbers will clean a 3” 100 ft drain. A&B could handle an 8” pipe

They are my "one call that's all!" Their expertise and honesty cannot be beat! They've fixed MANY repairs immediately in our old commercial building that other plumbers couldn't diagnose! I've usually worked with Tom but today I worked with Andy and Adam on three separate issues in our venue and I was so grateful to see that no matter who it is- I'm always in good hands.

Called A & B to ask if they could help us out, after our sewer backed-up on Thanksgiving. It took us until Friday afternoon to get the septic cap exposed, so it was a long shot find someone who could come help us on a Friday evening, and a holiday weekend to boot! Tom answered our call and came to the rescue sending us 2 great team members, Jared and Isaac. They arrived quickly and got right to work. They were professional and did a fantastic job. Great service from the moment we called to the moment they finished. True life-savers! Highly recommend!

If you need vacuum-truck service, the owner of A&B Sewer really knows his stuff. He offered a fair price for the right service. The competition wanted to charge me 10-30x more for either the "nuclear solution" or making my problem (gravel in my main sewer drain) the city's problem (and potentially mine again down the road). He had the right equipment and technique to safely and effectively eliminate an issue which had been cropping up for years. Just be patiently persistent in communicating and scheduling, and you won't go wrong. Thanks, Tom & Torrey!
