Iris is delightful and the team of technicians, though I didn't actually meet or see them did a job I was very satisfied with. The 'little things they did " meant a lot. a Five Star Rating from me.

We called Iris' cleaning after the awesome job they did cleaning the duct work in our house. We recently purchased a camper that had been smoked in and nothing we tried could get the smell out. They offered to try to help us. Though they were not able to get the smoke smell out, they stood behind their advertisement of 100% satisfied or your money back. Iris called to ask how the smell was, I told her unfortunately it was still there...she apologized and said I am ripping up your check then! What company does that anymore? Thank you Iris for trying to help with the smell and standing behind your promise!! We will use you again and have already told so many of our friends about your service!

Service of the absolutely highest order. Iris, Johnny and Family are simply superb!!! They clean our entire office building (carpet and tile) every year and do an amazing job. They always go the extra mile and their attention to detail goes far beyond expectations. Very dedicated and professional..and most important trustworthy. If you want old fashioned honest hard working folks cleaning your floors, I highly recommend giving them a call. We will be using them again.

The water heater on the 3rd floor of our condo building burst open, hot water everywhere. The gap then continued to pour out water for several minutes until a resident was able to shut the valve off. The majority of the flood hit the unit on the 1st floor. Our HOA apparently called Allpro, as they were there within an hour. That night we had fans and dehumidifiers running. It took a few days, but everything finally dried out. What really surprised me was they tore up the sheet rock that was soaked and a once everything else was dry they replaced it, and painted it. The place looks great, there's no residual smell, no mold. They got it taken care of quickly, and with as little disruption to the residents as possible.

John provided us with excellent service. He cleaned our carpets for us in our new home and it smells and looks amazing! I've had other carpet cleaning businesses come out and they don't compare to what he did for us! His keen eye in detail and knowledge about the products he was using in our home was an awesome bonus! We definitely look forward to having AllPro back!

Faustino was very pleasant and did a great job of cleaning and removing stains from my carpet. Best $100 I've spent. I would recommend Voda.

Dave was incredible to work with and made a hard situation easier. He took care of all our needs and was very thorough and professional in his work. I would recommend Voda to anyone needing disaster cleanup.

This company was fantastic. Our basement was flooded and they did an incredible job of pumping out water and then cleaning the mess. Their pricing was reasonable and they gave us several options of their service level. Not one bit of pressure and we would use them again. Excellent people to deal with!

Prompt, thorough, and professional. Dave came and made sure that each wall, baseboard, and carpet were thoroughly checked for water damage after helping extract water from my flooded basement.

I had Faustino come out today to clean my sofa. I've owned the sofa a couple of years and have 3 animals in my home and it was well past due for a cleaning. After Faustino cleaned my sofa it looks brand new! A little disgusted I didn't clean it sooner but super grateful for the work he did and bringing it back to a clean life.

Voda Cleaning made my carpets look brand new. The employee was courteous, punctual and did a thorough job. He was able to remove all stains. Great company!

Faustino fit us in the day before Christmas Eve with one day's notice. His work was thorough and impeccable: there was no evidence of any pet stain after his work. I will be sure to stick with Voda moving forward. Thank you Faustino!

These guys were great to work with. I called late Sunday night needing to get my carpets cleaned the next day. I called around and didn't find anyone who could help the next morning until I came across Voda. Everyone was great to work with including the person on the phone who helped me get scheduled, and the technicians that showed up the next day. I had some pretty bad pet stains and they were able to remove them. I would highly recommend them. Can't wait to get them back in to do the upstairs next.

Mike and Faustino were excellent to work with! Fast and friendly service and they got my dirty worn carpets looking refreshed! They care about quality and will go above and beyond for their clients. Was fast and easy to schedule, super professional, my carpets already look and smell amazing. Used another service about a year ago and Voda already smells and looks better than the previous cleaning did!

Voda did an incredible job in our home. They were friendly, respectful, and did really great work. We’re very happy with the results and are enjoying our clean carpets!

Let's face it: no one wants to be in a Cat-3 situation I found myself in. It is literally a crappy situation. BUT, when and if the time comes, I cannot recommend Voda highly enough. Dave and his crew were at our place within an hour of my call—assessing the situation, deep cleaning and removing contaminated materials and putting my fears and anxiety at ease from the moment they walked through the door. They were in touch with our home owners insurance and walked us through what the process would look like. Dave said, "we will put it back together as it was prior to the disaster." And, he is a man of his word because it was. They are prompt, professional, responsive, caring and reasonable. If the need arises, take a deep calming breath and immediately call them. You will not be disappointed. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars.

I could not be happier with my service, or recommend them more. Fas was so professional, thorough, considerate and did a FANTASTIC job getting all my carpets cleaned before guests come for the holidays. Scheduling was so simple, communication was great, and pricing was very reasonable.

I have hired carpet cleaners twice annually over past 4 years. I’ve always been fairly satisfied BUT wanted to try a new company. I came upon -VODA… I was exceptionally satisfied and super happy with the results of VODA. The tech who came out to my home was respectful and willing to tackle the spots other companies had struggled to pull up and clear in the past. My condo neighbors have commented on the cleanliness of the common space… I will be hiring this company in the future. Very responsible. On time. Fair price. And—they got the job done thoroughly and perfectly.

Faustino was an amazing tech! He was able to get dog stains and the smell out of all 3 of my rooms! Super nice, respectful, and really patient. I totally recommend this company and specifically! All around great worker and person!
