Construction Company reviews in Sandy, Utah

Was flipped off by an employee on my way to work for literally no reason. Over by sage lakes GC. Clearly don’t have professionals working for them.

Great company

Need anything built give them a call.

This place is super. The owner is a very intelligent and knowledgeable man. He knows what he's doing. I recommend Solution Builders very highly, Reasonable prices and excellent workmanship. You'll be glad you had them do your job because it'll be done right!!

I have used Solution for my own home and for rentals I own as well. My first project with Matt was 8 years ago. A few years back my boys worked for him and I learned exactly why his results were so good. They are meticulous about redoing anything that was not done properly even if no one would ever see it and there was unlikely to be a problem later. Thir integrity is impeccable and I won't use anyone else.

I don’t always sit down to take an extra minute to review a company, but Solution Builders wasn’t the ordinary experience. I had them repair a crumbling brick chimney that had messed with the flashing and created a very slow leak. And of course this was at the beginning of October. They came out and gave me the scoop on not just the crumbling chimney but also the other two chimneys that are in better shape and what to look for if I ever decide to hire a mason for tuckpointing those chimneys. It didn’t hurt to find out Solution Builders had also installed the roof on the apartment building complex around the corner. They gave me what, based on my research, was a more than reasonable quote. But what really impressed was their ability to get me on their schedule and to get my project taken care of quickly. And as luck would have it, right before a pretty significant rainstorm hit. I think I might still be waiting on an estimate from the other roofer I contacted. It really goes to show you they mean it when they say no project is too big or too small.

We had our water heater go out and Armando and his team fit us in the same day. He came over after hours just to make sure that our family didn’t go without hot water. We have scheduled him to come back to do other electrical projects next week. He will be our first call for future projects!

These guys are fantastic! Armondo and his team are efficient, professional and priced fairly! They did our kitchen remodel and we absolutely love it!! They are timely, efficient and do top quality work. I will be calling them again for any future projects we need done to our home! Fantastic to work with!!

Armando is an incredible professional. He is great with communication, planning, designing, alignment and even accommodating your out of scope changes. He is a thorough professional and handles complex projects with ease and delivers high quality.

We hired peaks to help design and construct a finished basement in our home. I must say the quality and the aesthetic was above and beyond what was expected. It was top notch and highly professional delivering the most beautiful final product. I absolutely recommend Peaks 360 Construction.

On top of that the entire construction process was really enjoyable as Armando is a wonderful person to work with, very funny, and just brightens the day.

Peaks 360 Construction recently completed a kitchen/basement remodel in my condo. I have been very happy with the project. The budget was detailed and reasonable and the timeline was realistic. Armando and his crew were open to any changes and/or additions I wanted to make along the way. I was consulted on any design decisions that came up before anything was put into place. It was a very collaborative process from start to finish.
With Armando’s comprehensive knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, etc, the subcontract work was handled to my satisfaction without much participation on my part. One of the things I appreciated the most was that all the small details were finished at the end of the job and Armando made sure I was happy with the results before anyone left. I would not hesitate to recommend Peaks 360 Construction to anyone.

Armando and Peaks 360 Construction is incredible. We finished our basement and there are not enough great things to say about the process in general as well as the final work product. We were so impressed with the diligence and hard work of Peaks 360. I’m sure we were not the easiest clients Peaks 360 has had to deal with but they were so happy to accommodate all of our requests and create our dream basement! I have referred the Peaks 360 team to so many people and will continue to do so. Great overall experience and wonderful team to work with. Not very often do clients become friends with their general contractors, but Armando and team are amazing and we are lucky to know them.

Armando is incredible! He’s a meticulous planner who knows how to optimize space and offers a wide range of options and recommendations.
He’s reliable, cost-effective, and takes full ownership of his work. You can trust that you’ll get top-notch quality with him. On top of being a true professional,
Armando is fun to work with—he loves great music and good food, making the time he spent working on my basement feel like a celebration. I highly recommend him!

Armando is really very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Recently we reached out to him for electrical work and even in his busy schedule, he agreed to take the work immediately and helped us when we needed most. He was very open in his communication and explained the things in a very professional manner. Armando's work was very reliable and really amazed to see his honesty and commitment.

We hired Peaks 360 Construction to renovate all the bathrooms in our home and they were so great to work with! Armando’s professionalism and attention to detail made us feel super confident that we were getting our desired result out of the project. Armando and his crew are super hard workers and take pride in getting the job done right. One of the biggest benefits of working with peaks 360 construction is that Armando is very honest and he goes to bat for you as the customer. He will defend your needs to any subcontractors and make sure you’re getting what you want as well as explaining clearly the cost breakdown of the job at each phase and even give you ideas on how to save money or find alternate solutions to problems. We’ll be reaching out to them any time we have a home project in the future.

My experience with Armando was amazing. Always responsive, very connected and more than willing to share direct references with specialty subcontractors as needed in his network. He asks for feedback is more than willing to share his expertise and recommendations on work that he may not be directly doing. Would highly recommend you work with Armando.
