We were pleasantly surprised with the service and the attention to detail on the project they completed for us at the Calvary Baptist Church. Our facility was built in 2001 and I dare say we have ever had our gutters cleaned since that time. It wasn't until we noticed weeds growing in the gutters that we determined we may have an issue. The representatives from Emerald came out did a thorough estimate with pictures of the condition of all gutters and recommendations to address the issue with (3) easy options based upon our budget. This type of service is exceptional and the work was completed as promised on time and efficient!

We had a roofing metal roofing company damage our existing gutter guards. The existing gutters were 27 years old and had a few leaks.
Emerald was sent to us by the restoration contractor to repair/replace the gutter guards. They offered several types that would work.
We decided to replace the old gutters and downspouts at the same time at our expense.
They did a wonderful job. Very fast and neat. They took care of the challenges the old guards presented.
We're very happy and would definitely call them again if the need arises.

The Emerald team was able to install gutters and downspouts and find a solution to the post-downspout water mitigation issue in short order and get the project done, they exceeded my expectations. We will be calling them again when we install more gutter systems on the property.

Overall felt like the crew did a great job installing our gutters and replacing some fascia. At the end of the long day, we were told there were some areas that were not perfect and they were going to come back and fix it. We appreciate the attention to detail in making sure they were done to perfection. After getting quotes from various other places, we felt the quality of these gutters and the price were within reason comparatively and would definitely recommend.

Justin and David were amazing to work with. Showed up on a Saturday and got right to work. He brought tools, ladders, etc… and had me a very competitive bid within 45 minutes. He took time to explain different techniques and the products that would be used specific to my job. Very impressed.

Emerald came today to fix my gutter that was coming away from the roof. He checked everything and made sure everything was tight. Chad did the work. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward in his evaluation and very personable. David gave the estimate for the repair and he too was very personable. Pricing, I felt was reasonable. Honest, hard working pros. Period. They give an excellent evaluation and estimate with no hidden costs or surprises. The work they did was very professional. Fast but not hurried. Took excellent care of the surroundings, and cleaned up all the debris. Communication was outstanding. Sent completion photos as well. Also worked diligently to match colors with existing home. Truly a pleasure, as a consumer, to work with this great company.

Just had Mathias and Jake install our gutters and if I could give them a higher rate than five stars I most definitely would! They were professional from the very moment they showed up until they left. The gutters look fantastic!
