Here's why:
In Mid-February my furnace quit working. I made the mistake of calling a big chain company boasting "same day service". After an entire day consisting of a $99.00 diagnostic appointment, then later, a 90 minute sales appointment, I was told my furnace could not be repaired. Replacement was $9800.00. The company who specializes in quick service could not do the install for 5 days.

I decided to get a second opinion from K. Lund. Colton came and quickly found I needed to replace a part. A part. NOT the furnace. This saved me $9400! He was able to get my furnace up and running very quickly.

No second appointments with high pressure sales, "today only prices" and fake discounts, just good quality work.

The technicians were very respectful, courteous and was very knowledgeable. Colton explained everything he found and was able to tell me what was wrong with my furnace in minutes! Most of all they were HONEST and FAIR with pricing. I will recommend K. Lund to anyone who needs service! Thank you!

We recently had K Lund Mechanical put in a new furnace and air conditioner and were so happy with the customer service, and the men who installed units, and appreciated their timely response to all of our questions and the actual work itself. They were honest and took the time to help us get the units best for our house! They have followed up with us to make sure we are happy with their service, as well. I’ve used K Lund a couple times for some issues I've had with my furnace. They have been quick and kind when they respond, they show up on time and do amazing work. I just had them out to service my air conditioner. Sam Erekson was the technician who came. He was on time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable! I've used this company on several occasions. I wouldn't use anyone else. They are honest and extremely reliable.

Sam was awesome! He came out less than 24 hours after our call. He arrived on time, was kind, personable, efficient, and he had our AC up and running again in half an hour. He had to replace a capacitor for us (which they had on hand!) and they were a great price. He even went the extra mile to check our second unit’s capacitor. I wanted to tell everyone how GREAT K. Lund was for us today. We woke up to our furnace not working and needed it fixed Asap. We called another company to come out who had replaced one of our furnaces in the past. They quoted us 3500$ to fix a unit that was theirs that was barely 10 years old. We have a friend who works for K Lund and they came out and fixed our problem, when it was late in the day and didn’t have to really come until the following day but did anyways. Sam Erickson was very professional in how he addressed both the furnace and the AC compressor. A solenoid in the furnace needed replaced, but the ac compressor checked out fine. I will definitely be using K-Lund Mechanical if/when a future need arises and will recommend them to all friends and neighbors.
