When I called, the office quickly got me on the schedule for a repair the next day. Sam was the technician, and he was phenomenal. He quickly sorted what the issue was, checked with me before making the fix so I knew the cost, and got it done so quickly. He was also so kind and respectful.

We have used Klund since they opened. Kelly and his team are one of our most valued subcontractors. Residential , commercial, and their service team take care of all of our heating, cooling, and service work. They are always well informed about all of the latest equipment to offer our customers and back up what they sell. I would give them 10 stars if possible!

Technician Kolby saved the day. One of our rental properties AC unit stopped functioning out of the blue. Kolby was able to diagnosis, get the part, and install all in the same day from getting our call. Super reasonable and reliable work. Ended up being cheaper to pay him than to pay the warranty company we insurance our appliances through (the same insurance company that said it’d take up to a week to complete during the hottest month of the year). So thankful we found K Lund Mechanical to help us out in a pickle.

After being with the same HVAC company for 27 years we wanted a second opinion on an issue with a furnace in our home.
Their response was immediate and I am very impressed with their professionalism and follow through. I was quite concerned about finger prints on our ceiling (we have 4 furnaces and 2 are in the attic), since we recently had all the ceilings painted and they were very careful, washing their hands and even removing their shoes or wearing paper booties. I’me very pleased with all the people I’ve interacted with at K Lund. I would highly recommend them!

We have used K Lund about 4 times over the past few years for a variety of heating and A/C issues, and we could not be more pleased with the service we receive every time. They don’t upsell, and they are efficient and honest. Braxton came out the same day we had an issue and fixed it easily and even cleaned our units while he was already in there. I can’t recommend K Lund enough.

I heard of them from a friend. My AC was out for almost a whole week 😩 it was almost a 100 everyday. I had 2 appointments with other companies, they we're a week out, both of them. I called K Lund Mon morning, they sent Jay out within a half an hour. He was great. I thought for sure it was the compressor. It ended up being a 100.00 part, that he had with him. He replaced it and we had cold air before he left. 215.00 what company does that, he easily could have sold me a new unit. Thank God the best experience ever. I'm telling everyone I know about them. Honest HVAC company what more can you ask for. They installed the HVAC in our current home and have always been good to work with. I have a rental they have done work on as well. Had a different company replace a capacitor then several months later when summer hit had a leak in the ceiling (AC is in attic). Had the other company come back out and they said the whole system needed to be replaced at a high cost. I went for a second opinion asked KLund to look and they found "someone" had "accidentally" cut the drain line and that was dripping condensate out. That was around 6 years ago. Fixed the pipe did not have further issues. Have used them ever since and have no complaints. Always good work.

We love K Lund. They installed our HVAC system when our house was built 9 years ago and it has been a great system. We just had the unit serviced and Sam was fantastic. He was very friendly, and gave exceptional service. He even went as far as to lock our side gate again before leaving. I would highly recommend K Lund and their team of knowledgeable staff.

Our air conditioner stopped working and we were expecting the worse since our unit is pretty old. To our pleasant surprise, it only needed a part that cost a couple hundred. I thought for sure they would try to convince us to buy a new unit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants honest and reasonably priced work done.

Years ago they installed all my HVAC in a new build and I was really happy with it. Recently I received prompt service (in a different home) and it all turned out better than I feared...would recommend

Wow. Sam Erekson was excellent. Showed up on time. Got right to work and figured out the issue and fixed it. All of my questions were answered and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

K Lund did a great job. Braxton was our tech and he did a great job and was very friendly.

They weren't busy that day and fixed our AC in under two hours. Wow, that's a quick turn around. They installed our Carrier unit so it was under warranty. All we had to pay was labor which was under $100 dollars.

K Lund is amazing.  They were able to schedule us on the same day I called.  Sam was so great to work with.  He called and graciously asked if he could come earlier than planned.  Since it was our AC that was out and the day was only getting hotter, we gratefully agreed.  He quickly found the problem and rapidly had it repaired.  Great service, great price, and great experience.  Can't ask for much more.

K Lund is amazing! They showed up within 20 minutes of me calling for an appointment, were able to refill my refrigerant, and get my AC unit working again in no time. Everyone I interacted with was excellent. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent experience with K Lund Mechanical. They came the same day, charged a straightforward $95 service fee, and actually turned my furnace on, inspected it properly, and tested the CO levels. The technician explained everything clearly and showed me that the furnace was running perfectly with safe CO levels (20–25, well under the recommended max of 50). They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need—just gave me an honest, professional opinion. After dealing with another company that tried to push an unnecessary replacement, it was refreshing to work with people who focus on honesty and customer trust. Highly recommend them!

Sam and Carson were on time! They were incredibly courteous and respectful about shoes in the home. They were thorough in the evaluation and I loved how they dumb down the explanation and repaired my furnace for under $100!

I called around to a few companies and they were the best priced. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They came out to check the humidifier and just to be nice, he also checked my furnace and cleaned a sensor. I would definitely use them again!
