Fantastic service! Easy to schedule and have someone come out. Clint was friendly, experienced and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This HVAC company feels slimey and dishonest when they tack on "service fees" when they are at the home, but on the phone, I was told there would be no extra fees. That my quote would be the total. It's happened so many (dare I say every?) time with this company. So I say, "No, check with the office. I was quoted $100." And sure enough, they take off the service fee. How many elderly are being taken advantage of or other people scared to speak up?
And $800 to take off my toilet and clear the main line through the toilet? Taking off a toilet is a 2 MINUTE job. And it doesn't take long to put it back. Robbery. I was quoted $100, not $800.
So unprepared, I took off the toilet. I've never done this before, but it was easy. My basement toilet was stripped on one side, so I had to run upstairs to pull off one of the upstairs ones. The technician said he would have to charge A WAITING FEE!! REALLY?! I had the upstairs toilet off in 2 minutes. Ridiculous. I was even flexible enough to let him come 30 minutes to an hour early to the appointment window.
Is it because I'm a single woman? This happens OFTEN!
As a business owner, wouldn't you want to give as much value as you can to your customers, to keep them coming back for more? I'm disgusted by what happened at my home on Saturday. Sleezy.

Only God gets 5 stars ⭐️. However Noah is close! In the future I would want Noah to work for me. He’s knowledgeable, courteous and explained his diagnosis of our hot water system thoroughly.
