Reached out to company to ask about fill dirt removal and person who answered phone said " I don't know." I asked if there was a way that she could find out she said "We don't do that". I said, "so if you do a landscaping job, you don't haul away yard waste?" She said, "we do but I don't have anybody who can do that right now". So I said "ok, thanks.". Then she just hung up without saying anything more. I can't speak for their work but the person who answers their phone could use some training.
...Update. Company reached out to me to apologize and told me that the person I spoke to would receive additional training on the phone. I appreciate that and so I have removed the low rating.
