UPDATE 8/19/2025:
Someone reached out and said this would be handled, but the emails have continued and somewhat increased. We can't block them because they use our website contact form so if we block them, we get no emails from our own website which has been the case for a couple of months now.

UPDATED:
Review reply said they would ensure we were removed from their mailing list- so over the following 4 weeks they DOULBED the amount of emails sent. Always from canned-response emails with bad grammar. So sketchy.

These guys have been emailing and calling our clinic and two of our owners' private numbers 5-10 times per day for 2 weeks. We've begged to be removed from their calling lists and the volume of calls just increases. Each call comes from a different number and every email comes from a different email address and different person's name. Getting on their sales list has been an absolute nightmare.

I’m not generally one to write reviews but after working with Jan Pro I knew what I had to do. My experience was top notch from booking to completion everything was flawless. These people are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I would recommend Jan Pro to anyone and do it proudly. Thank you Jan Pro!!

One of their sales people used our online client intake form to spam us about their services. They could have easily used our regular contact form. I can't help but think they used our intake form, which is much more intensive and complicated to fill out to make sure we saw their spam. This feels really deceptive and is highly unprofessional. I believe this speaks volumes as to the integrity of this company and I would never do business with them.

How many times does "NO" need to be said to mean "NO"?

I have received no less than 20 calls from this company soliciting for our business. Each call has disconnected just as unpleasant as the rest - us telling them not to solicit us and to remove us from their prospecting list. We have an in-house cleaning department and Jan Pro keep calling 1-2 times a week to offer a free cleaning quote. The model does not work and they will not stop soliciting. I don't recommend working with them and we will not consider using their services.

Best service! The guys who washed our windows were thorough and polite and left our windows absolutely sparkling! We will be. Calling them again!

They do such a great job. My windows are sparkling and I love how it looks. They accidentally missed a couple windows, but came back the next day and promptly cleaned them. I will definitely be using them again and again!

I've used ProClean for several years on different properties, including my own home. I recommend them highly. Punctual, professional, and reasonable prices. Would not use anybody else.

In mid December ProClean came to our house to clean our windows. Michael and his companion were the ultimate professionals and did an excellent job. Two of our screens were damaged and they offered to take them back to the shop and repair them included in the cost of the cleaning. I wish all household service providers we used were as excellent as ProClean

Fantastic experience all around. Got us on the schedule for a time that worked, showed up when they said they would and cleaned the windows and screens around the whole house!

We have over 30 windows in our house and they did an amazing job on all. The crew was very friendly and careful about wearing booties and not making any messes in the house.

U gotta teach your employees about ladder safety. Its a good thing they are cleaning the windows at the hospital i guess. Multiple OSHA violations within minutes I’ve witnessed this morning. Shameless.

Pro clean Windows is a great company to work with. From scheduling to estimates to billing, their customer service is top notch. I use them for three buildings for window cleaning and rain gutter cleaning. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent quality. I highly recommend them.
