Reviews of local pros in Sandy, Utah

I've used them several times and they always do a great job! I have dogs and they are able to make my carpets look brand new every time! Highly recommend using them! You also can't beat the price and the quality of work they do! Thank you!

I have used Action Extraction for several years. We have dogs, and need frequent carpet cleaning. Any time we call, Action Extraction is willing to come almost immediately, they always are prompt for an appointment, or in the event of some unforeseen problem, they call and let me know. The work is always excellent and thorough. We truly appreciate the service they have provided. They have also cleaned upholstery, and are always willing to go the "second mile". The price is always very competitive, and very reasonable for the care they take of my home and belongings. This is indeed a 5 star company.

I had a great experience with Action Extraction! Ryan came over the same day I called and gave me an estimate and I was able to schedule a cleaning a week later. Service was on time and professional. My carpets had stains from a basement remodel and all the stains are gone. My carpet feels new again!! Highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Action Extraction Carpet Cleaning! Ryan came to clean my stairs today, after reaching out to him yesterday. He was on time, professional, clean, protected my baseboards and my wood floors. The stairs look amazing and the stains came out. He showed up with this big truck that has high powered suction and heat. I have never seen a carpet cleaning truck like that. I’m looking forward to having him back to clean other areas of my home in the future. If you need your carpets cleaned, action extraction is who you should call.

I can't even tell you how many times Ryan has got me out of a jam. I spilled a can of red paint on white carpet while doing a job, and called Ryan. He came out immediately and saved the day. You couldn't even tell. We are selling our home and our realtor wanted us to replace the carpet because of the stains from our dogs. Ryan said he thought he could get the stains out, and sure enough, it looks brand new. He cleans our carpets in every rental, in our personal home and our wife's office. We can't thank Ryan enough for all his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

Action Extraction literally saved my carpet. My 3 year old twins got ahold of a bottle of hot pink acrylic paint and ended up dumping the whole bottle on my brand new white carpet. Ryan was able to come the next morning (on the Saturday of a holiday weekend) and got 95% of it out of the carpet. I can't believe how good it looks considering what a disaster it was. I am so thankful I called him!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Action Extraction's exceptional service. Yesterday, I called them in a bit of a panic after discovering that a very expensive rug had a run-in with some barbecue grease drippings. To my astonishment, they arrived within 24 hours!

Their team was not only incredibly professional and efficient but also demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise and care in handling the rug. They treated it with the utmost respect and delicacy, ensuring that the grease stains were thoroughly removed without causing any damage.

Action Extraction exceeded my expectations in every way. Their prompt response, meticulous attention to detail, and friendly customer service have earned them my highest recommendation. If you need a reliable and effective cleaning service, look no further than Action Extraction. They truly went above and beyond!

This was the BEST carpet cleaning company I have used in years! I am so happy with how well my carpets look. Ryan was so kind, professional and very fair on his pricing. He was also very quick at getting the job done. I plan to use Ryan every time to have my carpets cleaned from now on. Thank you!

We love the work Action Extraction has done for us! They have made our carpets look amazing and come back to life, as well as our sectional that gets very well used by our rowdy kids. Will definitely work with them again!

Action extraction was AWESOME. Super quick response with a quote and it was exactly what I paid. They were fast and efficient! The carpets looked fantastic even getting up pet stains! Thank you guys! I’ll definitely be using them from now on!

I have had Ryan to my house to clean my carpets twice and he has done an excellent job both times. He is efficient, trustworthy, does an excellent job and his prices are great. I highly recommend him!

I wouldn't have my carpets cleaned by anyone else but Ryan. He has cleaned our carpet for 20 years. It still looks great. I've tried other companies with our past carpet. I promise, Ryan is the BEST! He does excellent, professional work at a great price and he's a good, honest person, and we like having him in our home.

Excelente servicio

Extremely conscientious on trying to do a great job. Went over the entire house with a black light to look for spots. Took the time to do it right. Answered any questions we had. Had some machine that pulls out dust and whatever else, I maybe didn't need to see that :) Seriously, it was just one other thing that made me appreciate the service. Got there when they said. Kept us informed.

Primo Steamo does an awesome job. We have had them clean our carpet, and fa sofa, and have always been very pleased. The carpet on our stairs is nearly 15 years old, and after they have been to our home...the carpet looks brand new.
Highly recommend this company.
