Seemed legit at the start. Mike hired a roofing company to install that wasn’t properly trained. Mike told us that there were major issues with the install after looking at pictures. I have emails to prove this. Not all cable was used, improper sealant, bad drip edges. He came to inspect it and verified the issues In person. He told us he’d stand behind his work and make it right. He then left with the extra cable and parts that weren’t used, and fully ghosted us. He has our $, we have a subpar system. Not enough money to make it worth it to sue him (yet), but he isn’t honest, and doesn’t stand behind his work. He will take your money and then ghost you. I was ready to recommend to others locally. Absurd and embarrassing.
