They took the tree down really great. Looking at the stump I see there was a lot of rot in it, I'm lucky the tree never fell on my home. I really lucky you all were there to help me on such short notice. I will definitely refer you to others in need of tree removal. You guys are absolutely awesome.Thank you so much.

I was blown away by Rent A Monkey! Every single person of their large crew were great! They are skilled, crazy fast, super nice and also very fairly priced! We had so many tress overgrown and neglected. Gregg was honest with what trees needed what and the ones that didn't need anything. Kyle and his guys are truly magicians! They left our property cleaner than when they got here! I recommend them hands down!

These guys(and gal) were amazing! From receptionist, the gentleman who gave the bid to the actual Arborist. We have been quoted by many different "Arborist" who just want money and have not been fully honest. Thank goodness we found Rent A Monkey!!! They were always HONEST, they COMMUNICATE effectively, and they were always ON TIME. I didn't have to worry about them breaking the 4 fences we have under our tree. They cleaned up like champs and no extra clean up was required in any of the 4 lawns! The time it took them to trim this tree up was amazing. They even call up to check on the work that was completed. Great customer service. I would absolutely recommend this company if you want honest, quality work these are your guys. Jade and crew did an amazing job. They were on time and didn’t waste time getting the job done on the two trees. Because of the limited space on the busy street, they got permission to use the neighbor’s driveway for their truck and chipper cleaning it spotless when they left. I highly recommend your service.

I would hire these guys again anytime. They were all so professional and so nice. Anything we ask them we would like to change or done different. They did it with a smile. They have wonderful equipment that makes the job they do so clean and professional. We had five trees taken down and seven trees trimmed and had the dead taken out of them. Greg and the crew from Rent A Monkey is a professional personable and reliable outfit. It was not easy finding a crew to travel to Brighton to do work...but these guys did. They took out six trees that were within inches to a couple of feet around the house. The job was completed with detail and excellent clean up.

John came in with the team and did a wonderful job. They trimmed our ash trees as requested and left our lawn clean. We appreciated the planning and professionalism that went in to making the trees look good and giving them a healthy future.

Unfortunately, we had a beautiful very tall pine tree in the corner of our yard that had slowly died. With the Centerville winds we sometimes get, we were afraid it would blow over and take out our chain link fence and some of our neighbors house/yard.
We hired Rent A Monkey and set the date for them to remove the tree. Kyle Hansen and his crew arrived exactly on time and went to right to work. They had the tree down and everything cleaned up in less than 2 hours. We can rest easy now, but still hope that we don’t get the winds any time soon! I highly recommend Rent A Monkey!

Rent a Monkey is very professional, prompt and efficient! I had a 45’ tree removed and a branch from another tree removed. I was given an estimate on a Wednesday and the work was done the following Monday in less than 2 hours including clean up. I would hire them again.

We were really happy with the tree removal that they did we had three trees removed in our back yard and they did it all quickly and professionally.
We had a huge rose bush removed in the front of the house and I wasn’t as happy. I let them know and they came back out immediately and fixed the issues. I would recommend these guys to everyone

We were very pleased with the service we got from Rent A Monkey. Our crew of four, Levi, Cannon, Kenny, and Jade were friendly and efficient. They removed 2 large pine trees and took the dead wood out of several other trees in our yard. It only took about 4 hours. Was trying to decide who to use for our tree removal and trimming our shrubs. Rent a monkey had left multiple fliers on our door, so I decided they were definitely wanting the work and taking the effort to get it, so I chose them, and I'm very glad I did. We had an amazing experience with Rent a Monkey. We had Brin and his crew! They removed a huge tree from our front yard and even saved a stump for us upon request, which we really appreciated. They also trimmed a large tree in our backyard that was extending over our house and into our neighbor’s yard.

Rent a Monkey pruned a large tree for me recently. Initially I was not pleased with the result for a few minor oversights. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they rushed to meet with me a fix the few minor issues I had. They came out on their own time/dime and did a wonderful job, above and beyond. The tree was cleaned along with the area around the yard.

It’s my opinion that we should not judge to harshly when a mistake is made. How the mistake is handled when it’s recognized, that’s what is most important.
