Ethan and Spencer did a wonderful job on our mold remediation problem. They were on time and very efficient in the demolition and cleaning phases of the project.

Thank you Rachelle & Mike at Restoremasters for their excellent help on helping to replace my roof. My insurance company paid very little to help me and I was very stressed. Both Mike and Rachelle sat me down and explained in kind way how things were go and how they were here to help. I would recommend Restomasters to anyone who has a flood or needs a roof.

Brian had quite the job to take care of mold, drywall repair and painting, in a basement bathroom. He did an outstanding job! He came back several times to get the drywall mudding perfect, and never complained about another visit. He's a dedicated worker, and we appreciate everything he did. I was stressed when my basement flooded and the insurance company paid the absolute bare minimum for repairs. Most of the initial bids I got were well over that amount and none of the contractors wanted to deal with the claim adjuster. Then I found Restore Masters and it was a great experience from start to finish. Rachelle went above and beyond by advocating for me and getting my homeowners insurance to pay significantly more! She and her team ,including Junior, communicated well throughout the process and the workers who restored everything were all friendly, professional and flexible with scheduling. I don’t write reviews often and only when it’s warranted. I highly recommend Restoremasters if you want save time, energy and cash.

Del had some great options for replacing our carpet and replaced 3 rooms for way less than anyone else locally. SJ was fantastic at setting up our appointment, showing us samples, prepping our rooms for the new carpet and getting everything installed in less than 3 hours by himself! We are so pleased with our new carpet and all the work that went into getting us a great deal. We also loved how friendly and efficient Restoremasters was.

We had a water leak under the kitchen sink that went all the way downstairs and soaked my daughter's room. One phone call and a Restore Masters employee was here within an hour with fans and a dehumidifier helping us remove wet items. What great help. Mike and Justin came over to our recently burnt down home and helped us clarify questions about the insurance process and important steps to take in the rebuild process. They genuinely showed us compassion and even encouraged us to rebuild ourselves to help us save money while offering to answer questions along the way if we run into issues with the insurance company. I called for help on a Sunday morning after our washing machine had flooded my laundry room overnight. Patrick dispatched a team, Brian and Edward, quickly to come to our aid. They were very professional and kind as they assessed and explained clearly what they were doing and checked everything that the water could have touched. They listened and were able to answer all of my questions about the process and Brian asked thorough questions to make sure there was nothing missed.
They were both so efficient! I went to offer something to help with the cleanup and Eddie already had all the wet plastic and water etc all bagged up and tied neatly ready to take out! They worked together and left everything so clean and the fans are set up to where we can still function among them while they do their job. Before they left, both of them made sure we were satisfied and knew that someone would be in contact with us the next day to asses the drying process and go over the optuons moving forward.
I just can't say enough how much it means to be able to call someone you can trust, that comes with solid recommendation from others you know, when you need help and are at others' mercy. Although messes like this come with stress, especially in the middle of the night on a weekend, it is greatly relieved with service from these type of people. Don't hesitate to call them!

Nate and Ethan were so professional and helpful. They were helpful in moving my furniture and then putting it back. They went the extra mile to make sure our tv was working correctly. I highly recommend them if you need this service. I will always ask for them!

We had an upstairs kitchen replaced after a leak destroyed our cabinets and floor. The team did a wonderful job, and Adam was awesome with managing our project and making sure everything went quickly and to our satisfaction. A bonus is that the owner has a cabinet company so they can make your cabinets in a fraction of the time! We definitely would recommend Restoremasters!

I highly recommend restoremasters! We had a slow leak In our new build which resulted in some mold. The home builder was taking care of it but I wanted a second opinion. Patrick was great to work with, he was prompt, friendly, honest and very knowledgeable.

They were very prompt and timely, and communication was always very clear and quick. I was never left wondering what was next or what to do. They were absolutely the best from start to finish.

The connection from our water line to the toilet seal broke, which caused our bathroom to flood. Shortly after, our downstairs neighbor came up to report a leak from their ceiling. We called Restoremasters to make sure there was no water damage or mold buildup.

Mike was absolutely fantastic. He stayed in constant communication about his arrival time, thoroughly assessed our situation, and confirmed that there was no water damage. He even offered to go downstairs to check our neighbor’s walls and vents to be safe.

Everything checked out, and the peace of mind alone was worth it. Mike and the entire Restoremasters team were truly amazing. They were honest, detailed, and transparent about what was happening, assessed both units carefully, and gave us clear recommendations on what to address with our plumber for the toilet repair and how to dry the area. On top of that he helped our downstairs neighbor with an unrelated issue in another bathroom.
