Shine In did an amazing job cleaning our house. Our house was shining when they were done. They were extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend them.

The service was great. Everything was taken out, separated, cleaned, organized and rearranged. Really good communication and were very attentive to our needs. They were also done a lot faster than they estimated. Polite, professional and with great attitude, we couldn't have asked for better people to take care of our project.

The cleaning was fine but I am quite displeased with the lack of communication. It feels like the company doesn't prioritize each individual depending on the costs associated with cleaning. I have had such poor experiences reaching out through text and will have to constantly follow up until I receive any sort of reply. I would avoid them it feels to me very unprofessional. Don't recommend the business.

I’m happy I chose them for the job. They were on time, had no problems with my requests, got the job done on a reasonable time. Scam!!! My realtor company used them and I am appalled! I busted my butt cleaning my small condo before moving. I even have the pictures of what they had to “clean”. It does not take three people for 6 hours to clean a place that small all for the cost of $540!!!!! Absolutely a scam! They charge per hour so I know they took their time. How long does it take to dust some blinds and clean some baseboards?? Especially with three people. What a joke! I got robbed out of so much money from my deposit because apparently it took 3 people SIX hours to clean a tiny 3 bedroom condo that was ALREADY CLEAN!
