I have had Larsen Heating and Air come to my home twice. Both times they were very professional, honest and knowledgeable.

Super friendly, reasonably priced and showed up fast.

Update: they haven’t returned phone calls and they ended up fixing the symptoms of an issue but not the issue.

Called to get a quote. Lady on the phone was the most incompetent person I’ve ever dealt with. Asked if it was urgent, told her I have a new born that would need to get the heat going before end of day. Then she says “well that doesn’t answer the question”. Excuse me Yolanda, I have about 600 other HVAC companies that I can call with out your attitude.

While recovering from surgery our capacitor failed. $364 for a $25 dollar part that takes 5 min to install. I feel like my wife was taken advantage of.

I'm so impressed with the technician that came out to my house he was very knowledgeable with my unit. He was able to quickly and efficiently fix my problem! He did not try to oversell me or make me pay for unnecessary charges. Thank you very much I think his name was Ryan.

Good communication. They were able to get out fairly quickly. They got it running the first day and then came out to finish it later. Honest group. Pricing seemed reasonable. I'll definitely use them again, I just hope it isn't soon.

If your furnace goes out do yourself a favor and call Larsen Heating and Air. After spending hours unsuccessfully trying to diagnose the problem I decided that I better get a professional involved. We knew that our neighbors had used Larsen Heating and Air and swore by them so we decided to give them a try. I'm so glad we did!

Bret arrived on schedule and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Within a short amount of time he had fixed the problem and our furnace was back in action. I highly recommend Larsen Heating and Air!

I called in on a Saturday about what turned out to be a clogged condensor leak issue, and the on-call technician said I could either pay a couple hundred for him to come out and vacuum the drain pipe or I could try it myself. It worked. I'll always appreciate a company willing to forego a bit of money to gain my trust, and Larsen has earned that.

I didn't know anything about this company when I hired them. As a professional in the service industry myself I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The rates were better than I expected and I trust their honesty. I will be a repeat customer.

This company was so great. They gave us an excellent quote and did a great job. We are finishing our basement and they quickly installed all of our heating and cooling needs, so we can move on to the next step. My husband and I highly recommend their services!

Our air conditioning stopped working yesterday, so I called this morning to see when a technician could come out to look at it. I was hoping within a couple of days because it's hot outside! They had a technician to my house in under 3 hours and he fixed the part in less than hour! He even added a discount coupon to our part. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we had to replace our AC unit after 15 years. Larsen was quick to respond, they gave us three options with three cost levels they have advice, but didn't pressure. They were quick with the installation, cleaned up, leaving eveything like new. The AC works better than the old one ever did.

Larsen gave us a level-headed approach and the experience-based opinions we needed. They came in after we were given 2 wildly different quotes from other companies. They were fast, friendly, and informative. I appreciated them taking the time to make sure they understood the problem then quickly solved it for a fraction of the cost of other bids.
