My wife was 8 months pregnant when our AC went out mid July. Shawn was extremally helpful getting us on their schedule that same day. Korey came out and walked me through a few things he was testing until he found the issue. He had it up and running in no time. Everyone I talked to at the company was very professional and helpful getting our system up and running again!

My experience was amazing! They came out same day, helped fix my problem quickly while also educating me and checking on anything else that could have been contributing. John S and Gavin M were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough!

We reached out to Shawn and his team to check out our furnace and AC that are older than a dinosaur. They gave us all the options and chatted through the process and gave us competitive pricing. We also noted a possible issue with our water heater and they included that repair in with the quote. We went forward with them and could not be happier. Everything went smooth and works great! We highly recommend going with these guys if you want to avoid big corporate sales people that may try to sell you things you don't need.

They did great! Topped off my coolant for my HVAC unit and they hopefully diagnosed/resolved my issue. The technician was knowledgeable and very experienced.

We had a small leak in our basement that Matt came and took care of for us and he did a wonderful job. We found a bigger issue and he took care of it easily and smoothly for us. Will definitely reach out again for future plumbing needs!

Where should I start? My old AC unit stopped blowing cool air. After a few checks on my own, I called Right Away. They got me an appointment, and sent someone out. Korey gave me a full diagnostic check and showed me my options. Given the age of the unit, we contacted Shawn for an estimate on a new unit. Shawn was able to cone by the house that same day and give a quote. After weighing the options, I chose to go with the new unit. Shawn said they could get it going the next day! First thing the next morning, Jaime and Andy showed up to give me the e 5-star treatment. They swapped out my old unit, installed the new one, and upgraded my thermostat. From the communication to the work, the customer service and conversation, the whole team was top notch. I am already telling all my friends and neighbors about the excellent service I received. Our water heater was having issues. They came out and fixed the problem FAST! They were professional, friendly, and honest! We will definitely be using them again!

We scheduled a yearly check up on our AC unit and during that appointment our tech Jaime let us know the air flow was running at a higher temperature then they would like to see, luckily this was caught early in the season so we were able to schedule another appointment to get the unit recharged and back up and running.
Jaime came back to do the repairs and was very clear with what he was doing, even cleaned off the condenser for us to help with the process and got us back up and running again for this soon to be hot UT summer. We appreciate Right Away and will be a customer for life😁

I've used this company twice now. One for an AC repair and another for a drain cleaning. I found them to be fair and honest. They gave me multiple estimates to to replace my old AC unit. The installers were friendly and clean. They got my new AC installed in one day! A few months went by and we had our main water line back up. They not only came out same day and cleared it but did a free camera inspection to make sure it wasn't going to happen again. This company is amazing!
