Blake and his crew did a shower project for me a while back and I couldn’t be happier. It has been solid, no leaks, no issues. The tile work is perfect. The price was right and they finished the job quickly. Creative Construction Solutions is a stand-up 5-star company and I highly recommend them.

CCS was very easy to work with. They are true professionals who know what they’re doing and they do it well. They demolished an existing basement, fixed the HVAC system, soundproofed, added a kitchen and a second bathroom, created new rooms, and finished everything beautifully. This was a big job and they handled it with no problems at all. Everyone they employ and contract with are professional, respectful and they do excellent work. We felt safe having them in our home for several months. Blake, Brian and Ryan were great at communicating, and were accommodating to our many requests. They guided us in making the best possible decisions. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a top-notch, stress-free, professional & finely finished job. We are very grateful for the work they did!

We did our homework and had estimates from 4-5 different businesses and settled on CCS. They gave us a very fair price for the scope of the work to be performed. We were looking for quality of work, fair price and someone who would work with us to create the unique basement we were looking for. Blake , Brian and team did not let us down in our expectations. We started this project with an idea and worked with the team to create something special. Blake was very accommodating and patient with us as this project grew beyond the initial scope. As we saw the project come to life we tapped Blake's creativity to do a fantastic tile detail for us that turned out far beyond our expectations. They are a one stop shop that only used one sub to do the drywall. A number of companies that quoted were using many subs. I would recommend the CCS team for your next project! GREAT TEAM!!!!

Blake and his CCS team did an amazing job - exceeding expectations. Within my design esthetic and preferences, Blake was innovative and thoughtful. Everyone involved was friendly, responsive and professional. Construction was swift and exacting. The result is a bar/small kitchen area that looks extremely high end while being truly inviting to family and friends.

Blake and his crew were fantastic. When finishing our basement, they asked lots of questions to make sure everything was done to our liking, and provided lots of suggestions and ideas along the way. Their communication was way better than what we've experienced with other contractors, and they did everything they could to minimize the disruption on our lives. They even finished ahead of schedule. CCS may not be the very lowest bid you get, but they are definitely worth it!

CCS did an outstanding job at finishing our basement. They were meticulously detailed and executed our plan and vision beautifully even though we asked for a lot of special work that they don't do for the standard basement.
