Horrible!!! Shows up late with his girlfriend sitting in the car very unprofessional. Charged twice the price as everyone else . Then the heating block he installed never worked. Called him back to rescheduled for him to return the next day and he was a no show. Then after 2 days of texting him he finally blocked my number. Don't waste your time!!!!

Spoke with Anthony Mccoy on the phone. Very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me some wonderful advice on how to troubleshoot my washer that wasn't working. Didn't charge me for a consultation or advice but I insisted on giving him what I felt to be a fair payment for his time because I have a working washer now! Will definitely be returning with my future business.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Anthony promised me he would be to my house when I called at 4:17 pm to repair a broken refrigerator. He said he will be right over. He made sound like he was headed right out to my place. 1 hour later I called, because I needed to see what his estimated time of arrival was. He didn't answer. So I figured it would be easier for him to retrieve a text rather than a voice message. He responded by text said he will be at my house at 6:30 and yes, he is still coming to my house tonight. Well, its 8:30. No show, No Call or No Text.

So frustrating to sit and wait and then not hear from contractors. Add to the agony is I had another opportunity to use another company, yet I chose this company because they were closer to my home. Anthony have the decency to call or text to inform us consumers that you cannot make it. I would have understood!!!

I missed work tonight because the promise to show. I wish I could send him an invoice for missing work and not to mentioned the spoiled food that I moved out of the fridge too soon!

Do not waste your time or money! Said it was fixed without even proving it to me. I had to check myself before paying him. Then an hour later it stopped working again. He said guaranteed his work, but kept blowing us off and is now not responding at all.
He also showed up with a female and I could hear them arguing outside. Then while he was working she came in cussing and in professional while I was on a work call.

I called as my dryer had broken and did not get an answer and left a voicemail. My call was returned probably within 30 minutes and I spoke with Anthony who asked for my dryer details and address. Once provided he told me he could make it out today and was here within a couple of hours. He was professional, clean, and worked quickly. He did not have one part he needed and left and returned just to get the one piece to get me working today. Very grateful for Anthony and his help. Would recommend and use again!

Stay away from this guy. We spoke about a washing machine repair and scheduled an appointment for him to come out the next day. He wouldn't give a specific time, however, just saying that he'd arrive sometime in the afternoon. He never showed up, and didn't return any of my calls or texts. Just plain ghosted us.
