They have a good selection of fuses, and associated electrical components. Staff is helpful, when they notice that there is a customer. Sometimes you have to call, even when you are standing in the store.

They had the fuses I needed but they charged me almost three times as much as I pay at my usual supplier. I only went there because my usual ran out.

Service was good, no public restroom, didn't like that I can buy products but not allowed to use the restroom.

Just because I told the older gentleman that I was buying a high voltage fuse for an electric car he refused to sell me a fuse even though i've purchased these many times before from the other salesman's. Won't be here again.

Though well-stocked and able to come in clutch with specific items, I've found that the customer service end of things to be not so well-stocked. Their systems are outdated, leading to longer than necessary transaction times. They charge a significant restocking fee if you have to return anything, and when trying to source certain partd, they've never tried to assist with finding an equivalent alternative that they might have.

I attempted to contact the company but got hung up on twice. The people answering the phone are very rude. Wouldn't recommend.

Jd needs to retire has a bad attitude not very good with with public relations or customer service claims to not have a part ”fuse or breaker” you call in and get someone else and they have it or you just bought the same part 3 days ago and go to buy another and he claimed to never even have that part in stock ever
