When we lived in Layton we used Tailored Tree Care for all of our trees, Aspens, Maples, pear, plum, etc. Taylor was professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

We have been using Tailored Tree Care for a few years now and won't be stopping anytime soon. He's helped us get rid of beatles burrowing in our trees and he's also helped us get rid of cherry tree worms in our inedible cherries. Last summer was the first time in 8 years of living at our house in Layton that we were finally able to enjoy the delicious cherries our tree produces! Not only that but he is always making sure all of our trees are in the best shape possible and is constantly sharing his wealth of knowledge on how to properly care for them. Tailored tree care is a 5 star company! A certified arborist came out to my home in Roy Utah a few days after I called . After determining my Austrian pine in the front has bark beetles. He used an incredible system that gave my tree everything it needs to help fight off beetles for 2 years!! Incredible service and very knowledgeable staff!

Recently I went to J&J about a tree that isn’t looking too happy. Brad at J&J recommended Taylor, owner of Tailored Tree Care. I reached out to him and guess what, he called me back!! So many times recently you call a service and get no service. Maybe you’d get “I will call you back” which never happens.

Taylor and I talked about the tree’s conditions, he made recommendations which I truly appreciated and offered to pay him but he asked for a review instead. It’s not often that a professional gives you valuable time and knowledge and doesn’t expect something in return. An honest review for his help is a fair deal, more than fair actually.

I’ve used another tree company for tree treatments for several years. But the immediate difference between these two companies is that I didn’t need to wait one or two weeks to get a call back (or sometimes never) with Taylor from his company “Tailored Tree Care”. And sometimes, two weeks of waiting could mean things get worse for your tree(s), not better.

I may have found a tree care company in Davis County (aka Northern Utah) that really prides itself in customer responsiveness and from what Taylor did over the phone with pictures and Q&A, at no cost, showed me he cares about helping people and loves what he does. That’s a great quality to establish a business relationship with from the beginning.

I hope we can save this tree, only time may tell and Taylor offered to stop by just a few days after initiating our conversation to see if anything else needs to be done.

I contacted Tailored Tree Care a couple of days ago regarding some new trees that appeared to be struggling in my yard. Taylor was prompt to respond, including calling me directly and giving some initial diagnosis advice on the phone. He then came over to my home, spent some time looking over my trees, gave me directions on watering, and even recommended a tool to check for proper moisture. Very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I plan to use Tailored for all my tree care needs going forward.

I’ve got 15 young evergreens that have struggled in my clay/sandy soil. Taylor and his team have turned those trees into healthy, robust, growing trees. They have also taught me how to monitor the soil and take care of a number of solutions on my own. Evergreens are an expensive landscaping investment and Tailored Tree Care is protecting that investment and helping my trees thrive and my yard looking like I hoped.

I contacted Tailored Tree Care June of 2024. Another company had severely burned all my bushed and plants with their chemicals. Taylor came multiple times to check on my plants, give me much appreciated advice, and never charged me for any of his tips. He has been so kind and helpful during a very heartbreaking season of watching some of my 8+ year old plants die from chemical burn. I will definitely be using him in the future for my yard care.

Contacted Taylor on a Thursday evening and he was at my house the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional. He definitely knows his stuff! Looked at my tree for free and gave me advice on what was going on. Fortunately it seemed to be a water issue he thinks, but he told me what to do and to call him in a few weeks to see if it is responding. He also checked my other plants for spider mites as well which several did have and gave them a quick treatment. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
