We had a great tech that came to help. He was friendly and quick. Dustin was really fast at diagnosing and fixing the problem. My only issue is how expensive these services are getting. $175 dollars for a $10 part plus the service fee. This isn't the first time I've seen similar costs and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Dustin is always professional and does an amazing job. He explains everything he is doing step by step and makes sure you know what the problem is and how much it is going to cost and give you tips on how you can make your appliance last longer. I 10/10 would recommend Mr Appliance. They are quick to respond and do quality work!!

I used them to have my washing machine fixed. The part lasted all but a month before I started having other issues. I paid them close to $400 for the first fix. They come back and say it’s a new problem. Imagine that. They then wanted to charge me triple the cost of the part. Their markup is ridiculous. If I had them repair what they didn’t fix the first time, I’d have spent more in repairs than I did on the washer itself. Look around for a different repair company that doesn’t have a 150% markup on parts. The only reason I gave two stars is for their installer. Great guy. Too bad he works for a shady company.

Our technician, Dustin, did a fantastic job. He was able to see the problem with my dryer so quickly and fixed it up in no time! He was informative and gave many helpful hints! Definitely went above and beyond and would call again if we every need help with our appliances! 10 out of 10!

We had a terrible experience with these guys. Their 1st attempt to fix the dishwasher water pump didn't work. ($200). Their 2nd attempt to fix the pump ($500+) didn't work. Their 3rd visit to fix it ($100+) finally worked. The dishwasher is only worth $700. A circulation pump costs $190. A drain pump costs $65. We are honestly suspicious that they sabotaged it not to work.

This company charged me $154 to show up and tell me my fridge was under warranty? I let them know all the details on the fridge and where I bought it from and the part I needed. The tech showed up without the part was here for 5 minutes made a mess of water and then took my money?

It would have been so easy to tell me to go through RC Willey? You can do better than this. This is the definition of deception. Super disappointed in this experience.

It’s also funny because AMEX will just give me the money back so they won’t get the $154.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Mr appliance of Tooele, when my washer and dryer broke down. Their customer service was exceptional from the moment I called. They scheduled a technician to come out on short notice, and I appreciated their promptness!

The technician (Dustin and his co-worker) arrived exactly on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They explained everything clearly and provided a fair quote before starting any work. I was impressed by their expertise and the care they took while fixing my appliances.

Within no time, my washer and dryer were back up and running like new. The service was efficient, and I felt the pricing was very very reasonable for the quality of work delivered. I highly recommend Mr Appliance of Tooele to anyone in need of appliance repairs. They truly go above and beyond!

Dustin was very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed and fixed my washer so fast and gave advice on how to use it and it's cycles so I can try and make it longer.

Dustin is my hero! We had a week of unfortunate events and our washing machine breaking down and flooding our basement was one of those horrible events. Dustin came in and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. I was quoted a price and Dustin didn’t deviate from the amount I was told. He was honest and hard working, something that is missing from our current culture I feel like. Dustin came back the next day with the part (a few days earlier than expected) and got me back up and running on the washing machine. Mr Appliace hires good people. The work hard to vet their employees so that (we) customers are well taken care of. I’ll never call anyone else but this company for my appliance needs in the future.

Dustin came and fixed the issue. He also answered all of my questions. I also liked that they didn't give me a 12 hour arrival window. They were awesome

Dustin from Mr. appliances was amazing and so knowledgeable and helpful now we have a working dishwasher and working dryer and I have full confidence in all the work that he did. Just the highest of reviews for him and this company which was very fast and speedy also.

A technician was sent out same day for our washer repair, 6 days before Christmas 🎄
Dustin was knowledgeable, courteous and he explained the situation expertly.
He had our washer back in service and was on his way within an hour! Very reasonable rates too.

I do not recommend Mr. Appliance. I had some issues with my dryer. I was told that not using dryer sheets and softener would fix the problem.

I paid $500 to get a new grate. They also told me that there is no way to know if I need new sensors, but if I want new sensors, I could go ahead and upgrade my sensors on my dryer.

I asked if he would recommend getting the new sensors and he said it was optional, that there was no way to know.

After getting the new grate, I continued to have issues with the dryer as before even though I followed his recommendation about not using dryer sheets or softener.

I called back today and they told me that I should have got the new sensors. I wish they would have told me I needed them initially since my new grate is already charred.

I have no confidence in Mr. Appliance. They told me multiple times on the phone that this is my fault that I did not follow the technicians recommendations. However, he never told me that the sensors would help with anything.

They did not do anything to make up for the tech's miscommunication. They would not even sympathize about it over the phone. I strongly advise avoiding working with them.

I am so happy with Mr. Appliance.

Dustin, the technician was wonderful. Besides being a skilled technician, he not only did the job, but was very informative, helped me with many options, up front with all costs, wanting to make this the best value for me. He answered all my questions never appearing rushed.

Overall, Mr. Appliance is very organized, good at communication, good at customer service skills. Happy I am and will contact this group again when the need arises.
