Lance has come out to my house a couple times for various plumbing projects. He's always on time, pleasant to deal with, and honest about what i should be doing. I was ready to rip out part of my wall to replace my shower handles because of another companies recommendation, Lance came in and saved me well over $1000 and did great work.

Lance did a great job clearing out the drains in my old house and getting everything flowing the way it is suppose to. He was able to schedule an appointment quickly and showed up when he said he would. Lance was knowledgeable about trouble shooting the problem and getting it fixed. He also was nice and personable.

Lance came and replaced and repaired my broken outdoor water spigot. He's very knowledgeable and explained why the pipe had burst due to how it had originally been installed. Super grateful to have running outdoor water again!

Lance Gilbert has completed a couple projects for me. He is thorough and timely. He ensures the work area is completely clean before he leaves. His prices are fair and reasonable and in-line with the profession. He is also friendly and outgoing. I will definitely ensure he is offered every opportunity to complete more projects for me as the need arises.

Lance and his team were fantastic. Super responsive and on time. I needed the water pipes in my old house and my water heater replaced and was terrified about how much it would all cost. But Lance gave me a quote that was significantly below the others I had received, so much so that I was also able to get a water softener installed too. They did great work! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Had Lance come quote an upgrade in our crawl space plumbing (well pump, tank, softening system, piping, etc). He was fair priced and came recommended. Lance Gilbert of Gilbert Plumbing was punctual, courteous, professional, and did the task for the estimated price, which was reasonable but not so cheap that I'd call it amazing. He helped minimize damage in the area of the repair, and came prepared with needed tooling and supplies. Was helpful when asked about other projects, accepted cash, credit, or Venmo. He cleaned up after himself and got to me just 1 business day from the initial inquiry. He was plesant and conversational. I'm glad I called him instead of doing it myself as several complications came up and he improvised solid solutions on the spot. Top notch tradesman. Would use again if needed.

Gilbert Plumbing was amazing! Lance was quick to get the job done and was amazing to work with. We did not have any knowledge about the plumbing and what needed to be done but he definitely did and explained everything to us. We really appreciated the work he did and would highly recommend him to anyone.
