Constraction reviews in West Bountiful, Utah

I watched as SI completed a major remodel to the neighbor’s house across the street. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. When the time approaches to do our own remodel we will be using SI.

We had them remodel part of our home. Their bid was very reasonable. They were so easy to work with. They listened to our needs and made recommendations. The work was beautifully done. They were able to start right away and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Couldn't be happier.

Our neighbors used SI Builders for their home remodel. The remodel was a significant undertaking- they added an additional 10 feet to their home and changed their entire interior. The finished product is beautiful! It’s a completely new house! I would definitely recommend SI to someone in need of a contractor.

We had Steve do a full model and addition on our home and his company did a fantastic job! He was very straight forward with any additional costs or unforeseen expenses (which you will always experience in a major remodel, especially when your house is over 40 years old). He was responsive, timely and incredible honest in his work. I would highly recommend him!!

SI Builders did a big remodel job for us. They did beautiful work and were honest throughout the whole process. I would absolutely work with them again! We keep having neighbors ask who did the work for us because it was so well done in a quick way. The floor plans they presented us with blew my mind and were creative to fit all the things on my “wish list” in. Another great thing was that they didn’t cut any corners. I was confident that they were going to do QUALITY work and not just hurry through. They made sure we had the correct insulation, electrical, windows, etc to keep us up to code.

We went through SI builders to finish out basement. They did an incredible job! They worked hard to keep us in budget while also giving us all the custom options we wanted. When unforeseen or extra costs came up we were presented with multiple options and they worked with us until we were comfortable with both the price and results. They made our basement flow seamlessly in both design and function with the finished part of our house. Additionally, I was pregnant at the time of the work and had two other little ones. Steve and the others at SI builders worked hard to make sure my schedule was impeded on as little as possible. They went out of their way to make sure I was aware of when things were happening and to reduce noise and smells for me and my kids during the work. I am so pleased with the results I love our basement, all the custom features we got and the quality work! I have and would continue to recommend SI Builders to all my friends, family ajd neighbors!

Rick Scherbel and Steve Israelsen are great professionals in their design suggestions and construction work. They listen to what you want and help you with improvements that make your desires come to life. They use the best subcontractors who are fast and efficient in their work and their professionalism shows in the finished products. We experienced few issues with the exception of waiting for some of the new kitchen appliances (delays which were caused because of the COVID-19 pandemic).

Our project consisted of adding a large great room, updating the entire kitchen (including an 11’6” island), adding a walk-in pantry, moving the stairs to the basement, adding a Theater room, creating 2 large basement storage rooms, installing additional furnace and central air units, moving the laundry room upstairs, adding a new half bath (accessible from the garage, enlarging the garage, adding a large/shaded front porch, adding a large backyard deck w/ gas hookup for a BBQ, replacing the 41 year-old siding with a stucco siding, painting the brick siding grey, new lighting in existing living room, and redoing the entire yard including a new updated sprinkler system.

We are now enjoying their hard work with large family gatherings.

We highly recommend SI Builder, LLC. They were constantly either there or making sure that their subcontractors were there, on the dates scheduled. The work was completed in time for our family Thanksgiving dinner, which was our target date.

Thank you, Rick and Steve. You are the best!!

These guys do great work! They can do everything and anything. I would highly recommend them!!

I can not say enough good about the job you did. You not only did an absolutely wonderful job but you did it in as timely a manner as was possible. You bent over backwards to help us with a need. I can not begin to explain how it is appreciated. Many visitors comment on how wonderful it is.also. We are SO very grateful. Thank you for your above and beyond job.

Jeremy is honest, timely, and very professional. He completed an addition for us and it could not have gone better. Absolutely recommend and will continue to use Jeremy in the future.

Like any Contractor, they were creative with adding cost after construction began, took longer than they said they would, and were very sparatic in the schedule. On top of that, they did not communicate very well and ended up reducing space by double walling. They also left shards, nails and blades out for the children to cut themselves on. The workmanship was high quality however.

We highly recommend Jeremy and his crew! They were professional in every way, and the workmanship is as high as we had hoped. Great to work with!

We loved working with Jeremy and his team on our remodel. He’s especially great at being patient as you work through decisions and solving problems as they come up always in the way that is best for you.

Jeremy and his crew are AMAZING - what makes them different is how when they do work for you they work on the project as if it's in their own home. They take a lot of pride and heart in everything they did. We LOVE our new basement. Thanks Broderick Builders, we'll be using you again.

I requested a quote for a porch remodel from Broderick Builders and was contacted within minutes. Not only did they perform quality work, their bid was significantly less than another contractor. They were in constant communication with us throughout the remodel. They did a phenomenal job and would highly recommend them!

Very prompt responses, the workers are all friendly and easy to work with! We’ve had them doing work on our home for 10+ years and will continue to do so. They did a full remodel on the main and upper level, finished a basement and have even helped refinish our cement porch and replace a mailbox. Love their work!

The past 8 years Broderick Builders has performed work in our home. From bathroom, bedroom and living room remodel to a recent porch update. Have found them, especially Jeremy to be quick to respond, fair with their price and respectful of our home. Finished product has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

We used Broderick Builders to update the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom in our historic 165 year old home. They removed all 5 layers of old flooring, poured a new cement floor, and reinforced the old rock foundation. We now have a beautiful new floor and bathroom that we love. We also love how easy they were to work with in brining our vision to life. We highly recommend Broderick Builders!

Broderick Builders did a fabulous job on our bathroom remodel. Their work was done well, they were meticulous about leaving my house clean before they left each day, and they made an effort to keep me updated on each step of the remodel. I will definitley use them again for future remodeling needs.

We did a fireplace and built-in remodel of our living room along with adding can lights and Broderick Builders did a fantastic job! Couldn’t be happier with the process or the outcome. Will use them again no question!
