I watched as SI completed a major remodel to the neighbor’s house across the street. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. When the time approaches to do our own remodel we will be using SI.

We had them remodel part of our home. Their bid was very reasonable. They were so easy to work with. They listened to our needs and made recommendations. The work was beautifully done. They were able to start right away and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Couldn't be happier.

Our neighbors used SI Builders for their home remodel. The remodel was a significant undertaking- they added an additional 10 feet to their home and changed their entire interior. The finished product is beautiful! It’s a completely new house! I would definitely recommend SI to someone in need of a contractor.

We had Steve do a full model and addition on our home and his company did a fantastic job! He was very straight forward with any additional costs or unforeseen expenses (which you will always experience in a major remodel, especially when your house is over 40 years old). He was responsive, timely and incredible honest in his work. I would highly recommend him!!

SI Builders did a big remodel job for us. They did beautiful work and were honest throughout the whole process. I would absolutely work with them again! We keep having neighbors ask who did the work for us because it was so well done in a quick way. The floor plans they presented us with blew my mind and were creative to fit all the things on my “wish list” in. Another great thing was that they didn’t cut any corners. I was confident that they were going to do QUALITY work and not just hurry through. They made sure we had the correct insulation, electrical, windows, etc to keep us up to code.

We went through SI builders to finish out basement. They did an incredible job! They worked hard to keep us in budget while also giving us all the custom options we wanted. When unforeseen or extra costs came up we were presented with multiple options and they worked with us until we were comfortable with both the price and results. They made our basement flow seamlessly in both design and function with the finished part of our house. Additionally, I was pregnant at the time of the work and had two other little ones. Steve and the others at SI builders worked hard to make sure my schedule was impeded on as little as possible. They went out of their way to make sure I was aware of when things were happening and to reduce noise and smells for me and my kids during the work. I am so pleased with the results I love our basement, all the custom features we got and the quality work! I have and would continue to recommend SI Builders to all my friends, family ajd neighbors!

Rick Scherbel and Steve Israelsen are great professionals in their design suggestions and construction work. They listen to what you want and help you with improvements that make your desires come to life. They use the best subcontractors who are fast and efficient in their work and their professionalism shows in the finished products. We experienced few issues with the exception of waiting for some of the new kitchen appliances (delays which were caused because of the COVID-19 pandemic).

Our project consisted of adding a large great room, updating the entire kitchen (including an 11’6” island), adding a walk-in pantry, moving the stairs to the basement, adding a Theater room, creating 2 large basement storage rooms, installing additional furnace and central air units, moving the laundry room upstairs, adding a new half bath (accessible from the garage, enlarging the garage, adding a large/shaded front porch, adding a large backyard deck w/ gas hookup for a BBQ, replacing the 41 year-old siding with a stucco siding, painting the brick siding grey, new lighting in existing living room, and redoing the entire yard including a new updated sprinkler system.

We are now enjoying their hard work with large family gatherings.

We highly recommend SI Builder, LLC. They were constantly either there or making sure that their subcontractors were there, on the dates scheduled. The work was completed in time for our family Thanksgiving dinner, which was our target date.
