Plumbing reviews in West Bountiful, Utah

I have used CG plumbing for 3 different jobs and they have been great to work with all three times. They showed up on time, took time to assess the problem, give me options, and fixed it in a timely manner. I plan to use them for any future plumbing needs.

Wow! So responsive and helpful! Called this morning with a broken water heater and had a new water heater installed by 3:00! So impressed with their professionalism and concern. Would definitely recommend and call again!

I am remodeling my home. My primary bath needed to be reconfigured. The guys were great about moving pipes and drains etc. I have already recommended them to a builder. I am an interior designer, and very picky about the trades I use. One thing they can improve on, is clean up.

Our water Heater started leaking over the weekend CG plumbing came out 1st thing Monday morning to give us a bid. Spencer the installer was very polite and we had hot water back within a day.

I needed a new water heater. Carson asked me some key questions to make sure I was getting what I needed. He quickly had his team install it. His staff was courteous and professional.

Carson is one of the best guys I’ve ever met. He knows his stuff and is willing to get any job done. Highly recommend CG Plumbing!

Well worth the money. I never would have found the leak without their expertise. It was behind my fridge and it flooded my basement whole basement. It saved me hours and hours of time and frustration.

Carson and his employees were very professional and made sure they answered all of my questions and explained what would be needed to complete the job. They made sure the area that they worked in was cleaned up and left the area better then when they arrived. I had them plumb for a steam shower, drinking fountain inside of a home gym and plumb for free standing tub. I would recommend them highly and will contact them again with any future plumbing needs.

These plumbers are the best! They did a wonderful job on all of my plumbing for my brand new home build. They are clean, kind and very professional.

CG Plumbing did a wonderful job installing our new tankless water heater! Good guys!

Spencer did a great job of repairing the toilet in our rental unit. I would recommend them for their service and knowledge.

Our water heater started leaking on Saturday. Carson returned my call that same day and by Monday afternoon, we had a new water heater — replumbed so that the two water heaters are drawn from in parallel and drain pans to prevent damage from future issues. Carson is responsive, fair, answered all of my questions and his crew did efficient and high quality work.

Carson is awesome! He installed our basement bathroom and kitchen - and a few years later our whole new house. He also has serviced our tankless water heater each year. He is honest and fair and does a great job! We recommend him to family and friends!

Another great repair by CG Plumbing! Thanks for responding in a timely manner to my failed tankless. Always appreciate the professionalism of your crews.

I cannot recommend Carson and his team at CG more highly. They will be on my speed dial for plumbers from here on out. They made time for our job when the bigger companies had dragged things out and jerked us along. If you want responsive honest plumbers you couldn’t do better. And they didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Easy to work with. Quick to respond. Will contact again when trouble comes.

Our water heater stopped working and Carson had employees here just a couple of hours later and they had it back up and running in no time! I was expecting to have to wait at least a day or two to even have someone come and look at it, but was super impressed with how soon they were able to come. This was the first time we have used CG Plumbing but we will definitely be calling them when we need anything in the future!

Carson and his crew are wonderful, knowledgeable, prompt, skillful and ethical.
The water main inside my house began leaking in the evening. We shut off the water and called Carson. His crew arrived at 7:00 am and quickly made the needed repair! Totally Awesome!

Most recently his team rescued my father by repairing a cracked cast iron 4 inch drain line. I’m thrilled with their A+ care.

Carson and his team are the best! They show up, assess the problem and give you honest answers. The parts they use are quality parts that last. Their prices are fair and reasonable and their work is guaranteed. They leave the workspace clean and remove old parts. These guys are going to be around for a long time and I hope you'll call them like I did for a job well done!

This is the second time I've used CG Plumbing. Courteous, friendly and professional. No mess to clean up, they even advised me about my tankless water heater.

Two clean cut service men showed on time and went right to work. They knew exactly what needed to be done s and they worked together and got it done. Very polite and courteous, did a very good job and clean up as they went. Very fair price in line with the estimate. I highly recommend CG Plumbing.
