They had the parts I needed, minimum buy of 10 clips was enforced - no issue there, but when I tried to use them; 2 out of 10 we're the incorrect size for my application. I notified management and they shrugged it off with no offer of a partial refund or offer to mail me the correct parts that I paid for ($2.80 each).

Nice guys, I'd go back, but not very good customer service by the owner.

I highly recommend Clear view Window and Blind cleaning. They have always done a wonderful job in cleaning our windows and have been willing to work around our schedule. They technicians are very qualified and friendly.
We have purchased blinds from them as well, the ordering, measuring and install were done very professionally.

We moved into a house in Salt Lake with elaborate original window frames that had been weakened throughout the years. We were worried about damaging the frames ourselves while cleaning so we called Clearview to clean all the windows in the house. The Clearview team arrived on time and were especially careful while cleaning with the old frames. They were professional and polite and I highly recommend their service.

We had a very difficult project putting in sun screens on windows with non-90 degree angles and also rehanging our vertical aluminum blinds on a headrail that was not functioning properly. We are delighted with the result. Gary's technician was superb.

Today a very professional technician came from Clearview and installed a retractable screen for me. It looks and works great. The technnician worked with my time schedule and clearly knew what he was doing. I have worked with this company for window cleaning and screen repair and always had a good experience with them.

I have no window cleaning experience with this company, but for window screen repair, go elsewhere. The finished product was fine, but it was the journey to completion that was really frustrating.
I took my 2 broken screen frames to their place of business, at which point, Gary, the owner, promised they'd be completed in a few days. Gary called a week later to tell me my screens were complete. So I drove back to their place of business only to find that my work order and screens were nowhere to be found and the shop workers were clueless as to where they were. Later that day they found my broken screens and I found out that the work on my new screens hadn't even begun.
After it was all completed, I received my bill in the mail, so I called to pay it and Gary tells me to drop a check in the mail because "it's way easier". Way easier for who...? Very archaic.
So the 1 star from me comes from their customer service efforts and office management style. Both areas need to be improved upon greatly!

These guys were wonderful! Our windows and blinds were desperately in need of a cleaning. These guys did a phenomenal job and had great customer service. It seems like either the service or the work is lacking in businesses these days, but these guys were great in both areas. We're going to make this a yearly service and we'll definitely be calling Clearview.

Robin, Tony and Kent are the sort of people you are hoping for when you seek to do business with a new/unknown company...
Robin was very friendly and helpful with setting my appointment for measurement and Tony was right on time to measure my back door.
Kent was great and I enjoyed watching the process of installation of my retractable screen. Awesome folks....
...as far as quality goes, this Clearview retractable screen surpasses every expectation I had, both in appearance and function.
I believe that my screen has added value and desirability to my house, and should I ever have need for a retractable screen on some future new home, I will absolutely call upon Robin, Tony and Kent for another Clearview....
...cautionary tale.... I was briefly tempted by a DIY-labeled side-retract screen door I saw at Sam's Club... I consider myself to be reasonably handy around the house, and figured I ought to be able to handle such a project...
Happily, I decided to pass on the Sam's Club DIY screen... watching Kent do my installation I quickly realized that I would have been well outside the bounds of my knowledge and equipment to achieve a nice looking and functional unit....
I have absolutely no regrets from doing business with the Clearview Utah team... the price I paid for superior quality and prompt professionalism was well worth it!

Gary spent a lot of time listening to my questions and concerns. REALLY listening and using his professional knowledge he was able to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. We could not be happier. Money well spent.

The installers did a great job. They were able to save the railing and install outside of it so my little 4 pound Malshi could still put her chin on the bottom of that railing and look out. We got solar screen, which Gary suggested based on the glare problem I told him about. We now have protection for the "baby girl" , privacy from the outside world and no more glare. A deck we never used is being used every day.

Would definitely recommend Gary and Clearview for your screen room. I feel sure based on the job they did for us though, that the professionalism, quality work and materials would be the same for their other services.

Nice people. Thoughtful. Fair. Accommodating. Excellent workmanship. Saved us from having to replace multiple blinds (so the windows would match), by making a repair to one blind. Couldn't find a company to do that closer to home. It was worth a pretty drive to Bountiful. Working with these folks made me smile!

I have had several companies take care of window cleaning for me but have never
had anyone better than Clearview. They have been cleaning my windows for over
3 years now, and I am very happy with their service. The cleaning people are so
very competent, polite and very respectful of my property. They are very happy to
comply with any special needs or requests.

I have also had Clearview come and put up Christmas Lights during the holidays. They come when they say....do their job with care and attention...and come back when they say they will to take the lights down.

I am now having some work done on blinds that need repairing, and am very happy to know they do this type of work as well. I'm very happy to have found this company.

Reasonable price-not great-but worth the investment. The product is sturdy and great quality and Gary (owner) went out of way to expedite the order to be able to complete the project as quickly as possible. We love the look and function. Highly recommend the screen and company did us a great service.

We have never had our windows professionally cleaned before and didn’t know exactly what to expect. However, after having Clearview clean our windows, I’ll never go back to doing it myself.
Setting an appointment was quick and easy. We received a text reminder the night before the cleaning. The morning of the cleaning the crew showed up right on time and went straight to work. They were happy and pleasant as they went about their business, one person inside and one person outside.
To say we’re impressed is an understatement. Our house didn’t seem to phase them at all, in spite of the extremely dirty windows, a rose bush or two, some aluminum storm windows and years of hard water spots they were done quite quickly and the results are amazing.
We are now set up to have our windows cleaned quarterly by Clearview and we couldn’t be any happier.

This company is AMAZING!!! Their customer service is on point! They did such an amazing jobs in my windows, as well as the blind cleaning and the screen repair as well! Gary and Trina educated me and told me what I would need to do in order to go through with the process! They make it easy and simple!

Clearview Window is top notch! They have been to my home multiple times to clean the inside and outside of my windows, screens and unclogged my rain gutter that was filled with mud. They are always on time and get the job done quick and your windows are pristine! They are reasonably priced and have great customer service. Definitely recommend them!!

We have used Clearview Window, Blind & Screen several times in the past for installation of retractable screen doors (3 of them) and repairing or installing screens. They have always done a fantastic job. We just recently had them install several Sun Screens on our rental property in Eden, Utah. The windows which needed the screens were of all shapes and sizes (rectangles, pentagons, trapezoid, and square shapes). Gary was GREAT to work with and did the planning, estimating, explaining the project, etc. We had numerous phone calls to discuss the logistics and timing. Then Ashton installed the Sun Screens this past week. He did a GREAT job. They look great!! Thank you, Gary and Ashton!!

I'm so grateful I found Clearview Window, Blinds, and Screen. They were the only blind company willing to repair the broken string of my Roman shade. All of the other companies I reached out to told me there was simply no money to be made on blind repairs. Not only were they willing to repair my Roman shade, they were wonderful people to work with, had a quick turnaround, and charged me a very reasonable price. They are truly a good and honest company. I will definitely reach out to them again when any other window/blind/screen needs come up, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else with those needs.

Gary Gardner at Clearview window blind and screen did a great job at customer service and bidding. Ashton came and repaired our retractable screen door. We have three retractable screen doors from Clearview in our home, two French doors and one is a regular door all work great and we are very happy with Clearview product and their service.

Clearview Window, Blind and Screen came out to put our Christmas lights on our house. Gary was so helpful and was so quick to fit us in for an appointment!! They look fantastic and we are so happy with the rich colors of the lights!!!
