Reviews of local pros in West Bountiful, Utah

Great guys helping to get my sprinkler system working again. Highly recommend, trustworthy

Modern Concepts did an incredible job! They were professional, efficient, and really cared about getting everything just right. It’s hard to find contractors who are this reliable and detail-oriented. I’d definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for quality work

The guys came in and started early and right away. Working almost until sun down. Very polite and hard workers. Did a great job on our backyard quicker than expected! Can't wait to host family gatherings in our new backyard!

Had an amazing experience with Modern Concepts! Super professional, easy to work with, and they really know their stuff. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they pay attention to all the little details that make a huge difference. If you need a contractor you can actually trust to do an awesome job, these are your people. Highly recommend!

I have a clear no soliciting sign, but this company left a flyer jammed in my door seal anyway.

We had cement work for extending our driveway done and are really happy with it :)
Very happy with the speed of response, friendliness and speed of scheduling the work after consult. Communication was great the whole time and the end product looks great!

Cannon and Gavin were awesome to work with. Gavin worked incredibly hard to make my metal curbing look how I envisioned it. Very friendly, as well. Gavin even came out to take a look at it the night before to see what it was going to entail.
I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

Responsive, finished the job, very happy. No hiccups, would highly recommend.

Mitch and team were great to work with and reasonably priced. They replaced our dead grass and made sprinkler adjustments and repairs necessary to keep the grass thriving in the future.

Modern Concepts were fast and efficient in remodeling our porch! The guys did great work and would call on them again to help with landscaping and concrete.

I’m extremely happy with the work this landscaping team did on my backyard! They were professional, had great customer service, and the results exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their outdoor space

This was my first experience with Modern Concepts Construction and it was wonderful. Great communication, professional work, reasonably priced. I love my new patio!

Got a few bits from a few other companies but I found these guys last minute through word of mouth and wanted to keep that going. Small, reputable company — Really great & honest work. I really appreciate how easy they made the process. And how confident I was in the results. Thank you 🙏

Modern Concepts did a great job of transforming my outdoor space into an enjoyable and usable yard. All of the team worked hard and Cannon was very accommodating.

Modern concepts is a fantastic company to work with! They communicated well, were thorough with the walk through, addressing our thoughts/concerns & their guys did a bang up job! 10/10 would recommend for your remodeling or landscaping needs.

With a quick response, two professionals came to our home to go over plans for the work we wanted done. The next day they sent a work order of the things we asked them to do. They sent dedicated hard workers that did a wonderful job creating what we asked for. Within a few days we had a beautiful yard that we could enjoy. We would recommend you give them a chance to realize your dream in landscaping. We will most assuredly use their services again.

Modern Concepts Landscaping is an A++ business. They did an awesome job in our huge yard with scrub oaks. They have excellent communication, were flexible to my last minute request, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. I appreciate their hard work for this yard clean up. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them! Thank you Cannon and your team very much!

Modern Concepts was great. They created a couple estimates for me to choose from and once I had the approval, they were onsite within 2 days. The landscapers got the job done in 2 days.

We had a great time working with the Modern Concepts Team. Cannon worked hard to bring our ideas into reality. From design discussions to material selection Cannon walked us through the process. MC extended our concrete pad, landscaped artificial turf, and created a raised bed garden area.

Modern concepts and Canon are absolutely amazing to work with! I had them put in a Putting Green that turned out to be absolutely phenomenal! They are fast and efficient and detail oriented. I absolutely recommend their work! I’m probably going to have them put in a second Putting Green in the near future.

We found MC Construction out of Bountiful. Working with Cannon, Dylan and the crew was great hard working and we worked together in completing the job. Two way communication and when issues came up we worked together for resolution. Great team effort and great results. I would recommend MC Construction again……
