Very thankful, had a toilet back up and flood my bathroom, so gross, it was late, he answered and got out to me within an hour, helped me understand what happened and what needed to be done (unfortunately it’s the builders issue at this point) he was very fair and educational. And helped get everything cleaned up and running. Thank you thank you thank you.

Spend time to analyze and identify the issue, and worked with care and did a great detailed work. They made sure that the problem was resolved before they left the house. Very sweet people and worked with professional manner. We will use their service again!

Had them come over to give me a quote. They quoted an outrageous price. Asked if I can call others for a cheaper rate. He walked away offended. I'm sorry I'm not going to pay my entire life savings on plumbers that want to rip people off.

Edit after owners response: His words and actions are the reason for the review. I probably would be willing to change the review but later on he rudely texted me threatening me with "his lawyer". I still have the texts to prove that. Funny he didn't add that in his response. Yes he earned his 1 star review.

I've had rhino rooter at my house twice now. The first was a clogged tub and the second was clogged sewer line/inspection. He worked fast, efficient, and explained everything he did.

The tub clog was 195, and the sewer line clog/inspection was 400. I don't know if this is expensive or not, but for the quality of work I got I feel it was reasonable.

Rhino rooter was very quick to respond to our request to come out to check out our plumbing. From the time we called and they arrived it was no more than an hour. They were very thorough and professional.

John has the best equipment in the industry and the knowledge and experience to do the job right the first time.
Other “franchise” places want a foot in the door to upsell, Rhino Rooter is priced upfront and the job is done so that you won’t need him again for a long time if you take care of your plumbing system.

John was amazing! We had a sewer lateral that had many issues. John was there very quick explained stuff so that a normal person could understand. He also did a resin lining in my pipes and he worked fast and was very professional. I would definitely use again in the future.

they were there within a couple hours for what I had expected to be a small sink link clog it ended up being a sewer line clog! lucky for me Rhino Rooter had the right tools for the job and had my house back to operation in a very short time! Awesome experience. After poor experiences with other companies that were unable to fix our problem but charged us anyway, John came out and got things taken care of. We had a unique issue of a clogged sewer line that was an unusually long distance from our access point (250+ ft.) John was able to use the right equipment and hydro jet the clog quickly, carefully, and effectively. He took the care to find the issue, fix it, locate neighbors shared lines for us (so we have an idea of what’s out there), and check the condition of the lines for our peace of mind. And his prices were better than anyone we had talked to. 10/10 great experience and will be my go to call if any issues ever come up.

He was early, which was so nice cause he was called at midnight the night before. He actually found what the problem was, not just put a cord and say nope there's nothing blocking it (the other guy said that 2 days before , and we ended up with an even worse situation).

We called him and he arrived within 30 min and got the clog out of our sink, Which it has been a problems for months.
