Charged me $180 to repair my appliance. When I found out it still wasn't properly I tried to contact him for 2 months and he still won't answer or call back. I would never recommend them to anyone.

AWEEEEEESOME Service! I got a response to my text quickly and he was able to give me some troubleshooting tips that most appliance repair would charge you to come out and “diagnose” order the $23 kit on Amazon and then come back and charge an obscene hourly rate. When my dryer and washer seem like they are really about to die for sure I will be calling Haynes Appliance Repair!!

These guys showed up to 'fix' the dishwasher. Told us it just needs to be cleaned. Despite the fact that we already cleaned it twice. It still leaves residue and a rotten vegetable taste, and leaks. Theirs probably something in the pipes. I'm annoyed that whoever got sent out did not do their due diligence in investigating. They were also condisending to my roommates unprofessional behavior.

I called at least 10 places. Everyone wanted a $80-125 deposit or service call fee. Nobody would give me a quote for my fix and said they have to send a tech to look at the problem. I knew I needed a new evaporator fan. Some people said they’re needed to order in the part and I would need to wait a few days. The fridge sounded like a jet engine. I sent all my pictures and video to Mike. He got it diagnosed virtually and he found the part I needed the same day. Even though he was busy, he made time for me. He was easy to pay and to work with. I highly recommend going through Mike for your appliance fixed and not waste your time at a big company. Some of them wanted $400-500 for an expedited fix and I can go buy a new fridge for that price! Mikes prices was fair. He told me exactly how much the part would cost and a range for labor. I knew exactly what I was getting and there were no surprises. 100% recommend Mike. He responds via text.

I was looking for an appliance company to fix my LG oven digital display panel and found Haynes Appliance Repair on Google. I was a little leary about contacting them because they were not a referral. But, I contacted them anyway and set an appointment for service. The young lady that took my information was very polite. When the representative came out to service my oven his name was is Kyle, he was very polite and knowledgeable (not knowing that this company is family owned), once he replaced the panel, he explained everything to me and showed me how it worked. He explained the warranty and if I have any problems to call him. I would highly recommend this company.

They helped install my new oven after having to use portable oven for weeks. No hassle!

If I could give zero Stars I would. I reached out to Ron on Sunday with my issue and he was very nice to let me know what he assumed the issue is and a quick price on the fix. I am a handy person and looked up the price for the OEM part as well as an off-brand part off of Amazon to fix it myself. I saw concerns with off-brand parts leaking water and shared my concern to him if he wasn't going to use OEM parts I was hesitant. He shared with me that they don't buy from Amazon and it will be fine. So I scheduled for him to come the next day.

I get a call from them to let me know that he will be on his way and get there around 5:45. Only to be texted by him 15 minutes later saying traffic is bad and he's not going to come. We've been without a washer for several days and laundry was piling up so I offered to buy the part from him and come and get it. He agreed and said the part was $125. From my research the OEM parts is 160 to 180 unless used so I thought he was doing me a favor since he bailed on me last second.

I ended up having to drive an hour from my house to meet him at one of his job sites which I was okay to do, but when I pulled up to meet him and talk to him about the part he pretended to be on his phone handed me the part took my money and drove off. As I did my research on the part I did find out it was in Amazon off brand part that costed 25 bucks.

I messaged him to confront him about this issue and he got very hostile. Calling me ungrateful for the service he provided me even though he bailed on me and up charged me $100.

He has continued to leave me nasty messages. Do not use these people at any cost!
